If you're confused about what happened at the end of the video with it going black, the game crashed. This is because this version of the mod is still a beta and Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta for some reason is a character that if you play as him or try to fight against him it just instantly crashes the game. Same with fighting Full Power Bojack, kinda, if you get hit with his rush attack it soft locks the game.

As much as they say they love budokai tenkaichi and the mod for it they don't seem to have invested much time into learning the mechanics and features of it. I guess maybe that's supposed to be the appeal that they haven't learned all the mechanics properly so they just button mash and spam until the CPU inevitably slams them, rinse, repeat
With the recent development of Vegeta somehow selling in the MUGEN Rematch Tournament and the revamped BT4 World Tournament in rapid succession the Vegeta stocks have dropped substantially, which one can only hope is remedied in the upcoming Sparking Zero release
