If you notice it still has sea water in it to the same level as the sea around it. So it’s floating on sealed pontoons. It doesn’t seem possible though and it wouldn’t be if it didn’t have sealed sides.
There should some place to dump the sand for reclamation for future purposes . From dredging from river bank to backfill to other area where erosion is strong .
Thanks!
I've watched them load, but never been out for the unload.
great footage
I'm not sure I would want to go to sea in a boat that splits down the middle and all its guts fall out!
They’re meant to split like this and lock together incredibly strongly. Plus, it’s just dumping a shitload of sand out at sea lol😊
You'd think a huge horn would blare or something when it splits
Is this the eagle 1 ..?
Hi Alan , can you make more vids ?
Brian Cawkwell I'm not sure I can Brian. Sorry.
I like Hopper good working
how does a boat float when its split in half awesome
With buoyancy from both split sides. Same way a cateram stays upright..
it have void tank between portside and starboardside

Pretty sure this started the process of fossilization for a bunch of benthic orgsnisms.
interesting.

you are the closest youtuber to me! (only FRIGGIN' NEXT DOOR!) LOL!
I don't use them no Steve. To be honest I'm not a massive RUclipsr these days. Maybe I'll start to post more now.

All of them gone very quickly
I saw a quarter in there
If someone stuck in that soil
1m3 how much tonne
why they unload it at sea? is that just sand?
Billy Billy yes it’s sand and silt from the river after dredging being carried out.

And river garbage
The idiots probably never even processed that dirt for gold and other minerals..

Tyne ? What is that ? Looks like poop.
The sea. The biggest dump on the planet. That's what happened to the Titanic. Sank like a stone when it was dumping all the empty champagne bottles.
