If anyone is wondering about the ingredients and temp, read down. Hilton says to follow the directions in the printed recipe in the link. it's (Not) baking soda, It's Baking Powder and 300 degrees.
Definitely follow the recipe on the site! It came directly from the chef -- sometimes our chefs call out different measurements during the filming :) www.hilton.com/en/travel/articles/palmer-house-brownie-hilton/ #HiltonForTheStay
Made this recipe exactly as directed - Don't waste your time! The recipe calls for 14 oz. of semi-sweet chocolate, 12 oz. granulated sugar, 1 pound butter, 4 oz. flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 6 large eggs, an unspecified amount of vanilla extract (I used l tsp), and 12 oz. walnuts cooked at 300 degrees - the result could be poured out of the pan! The other Palmer House recipe differs - 5.25 oz. 60% dark chocolate, 9.75 oz. butter, 12.75 oz. granulated sugar, 2.5 oz flour, 1/8 tsp. baking powder, 8 oz. walnuts cooked at 350 degrees. The glaze ingredients were the same. Very disappointing. A waste of my time and money.
This isn't the recipe on your website. That recipe says to bake at 300 degrees, appears to have more eggs, and has no reference to baking soda. So which is the real recipe?
@@hilton Thank you for clarifying. I really appreciate your help. By the look of it that would have been a Lot! of baking soda. But it's not baking soda it's baking powder.
I think I'm the only person who was foolish enough to watch the Chef's video and follow the recipe. Something is wrong with that recipe - maybe too much butter and not enough flour.
The Palmer House brownie looks absolutely DELICIOUS!!!
We love the pairing with the old fashioned! #HiltonForTheStay
@@hilton What are the measurements of each ingredient?
An old fashioned with brownie? I LOVE it!
I MUST try that old fashioned

Thank you.
I neve knew that's where the brownie originated!
It says to use l lb. of butter and cook at 300 degrees. After 25 minutes it came out very wet. The chef's batter was much thicker than mine. Why?
Might want to edit the recipe on the site. You say 350° but recipe says 300° and add gelatin to the apricot sauce.
