I feel that Belotero is the best available filler at the moment for the infraorbit and tear trough region as it is completely colorless and is one of the smoothest fillers available.

The more permanent solution is with fat grafting or fat transfer. Fat can be harvested by performing conservative liposuction from elsewhere in your body, purified, and then injected much like the filler in areas of volume deficit.
