For a college graduate from India, it's much more attractive and easier to crack one of the top-10 MiMs than cracking one of the top-10 MBAs after gaining 4-5 years of work experience. Also, think about a question, one who is getting a salary of $60k right after MiM would have what salary in let's say 5 years (the avg. experience required for most top B-Schools MBA). I think it would be same as an MBA from to B-school. and if the candidate decided to go for MBA at that time then 1) the quality of school willing to take the candidate would be higher 2) Candidate gets another career acceleration opportunity 3) A cross-function transition might be available (if required). So, I think MiM has much better career trajectory to offer for an informed candidate.

I think MBA is better if we do from average college which have low fees, end of the day skills matter in the real world

well MBA is also a social degree as a matter of fact, there's a reason why people strive to go to top business schools, the positive ROI is almost a guarantee there, smart people that go to T15 schools wouldn't go there to just get the "skills" i believe :)

No. atleast not in any full time MBA programs which typically requires 3 - 5 years of work experience. There are certain deferred enrolment programs designed for college seniors such as HBS 2+2 or Yale silver scholar but there also you can only secure your admission into the program after undergrad. You then have to go in the industry and get work experience before returning to MBA after the specified deferral period. Here is a blog post that provide more details of these programs gmatclub.com/blog/mba-for-college-seniors-which-one-to-choose/
