I never knew that Karim Khan, Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court was a British National, which now explains a lot. What a devastating indictment for the US and UK in the opening lines by John Dugard, Professor of Law; Former UN Special Rapporteur on Human Rights in Palestine stating that it is US and UK that are to blame for the failure of the Security Council, and the failure of the ICC in pursuing Israel in 2021, both deliberately chose not to address the Palestinian issue. So it is clear that the Palestinians have tried unsuccessfully to seek redress through legal and democratic means to hold Israel accountable but has repeated been let down by these organisations due to obstructions and manipulations by the US and the UK.
