He wrote multiple songs about her, made a music video about her, painted a horrible picture of her, made millions, and built a solo career in the process based on his past with her. Now he wants her to be quiet?? He could have shown her that respect over the past twenty years if that is what he wanted for himself.

@@messi-mk3cq No not double standard. I'm pro choice in the first trimester, first 12 weeks ( because the child won't feel any pain ), BUT I'm also for both partners trying to work it out and talking and being respectful with each other.
I want to be a mother, but in case I wouldn't and my partner absolutely wouldn't want nothing more in his life than this child, I would probably not abort and carry it full term. But that could lead to us breaking up and him taking full custody.
Now I want to have children, so abortion is out of the question for me anyway. But I believe it should be the decision of every couple. Why women have the most say in the end? Because the child grows in her body. And history has shown us already how terrible it can end if we try to force women to carry to full term. If she truly doesn't want to, we can't make her. There used to be secret abortion clinics, where abortions were also often butchered in the past, all kinds of diy "technics" with coat hangers or other stuff, trying to get medication illegally. All of this is life threatening for both the woman and the child. You could lose both in the end.
This were very real dangerous circumstances we had. And they were terrible. So let's not go backwards in history.
In my homecountry abortion is still allowed, but only in the first 12 weeks and you have to go to counselling ( which is free ), then have 3 days thinking time and then you have to repeat the wish that you want to have an abortion. They ask for your partners opinion as well. But in the end they won't force anyone. Because that can end deadly for both woman and child.
Things often are complex and not black and white. That would be nice and less complicated, but life rarely is ( English isn't my first language, sorry for mistakes )

First off it’s a memoir! So even though Justin and Britney dated over 20 years ago it was still a big part of her life. They were the pop king and queen. Also with her being able to say pretty much anything now without the pressure she is going to. Especially if her relationship with him ended up being her first big love. She ended having an abortion which no woman can forget.

For many women they are in situations where they truly were forced to get pregnant/or abort.
However for many others it was their right to do what they want with their body and that's their own actions to birth/or abort. People can suggest we do things all day long, it doesn't mean we have to do it.
I'm sure many young women these days aren't connected to Britney Spears, but I pray in some way that by sharing her story it challenges the narrative that abortion is no big deal. I hope this helps other women to not be pressured by parents or boyfriends or friends to terminate their pregnancy.The majority of women regret their abortions.

I feel like in heart britney never really wanted to be this huuuge star , she just wanted to be a mom and cuddle with her kids and raise them ...she sadly wasn't allowed that,they took away her biggest dream , which is motherhood, and she was just stuck in showbusiness contracts, to maintain the life style of her kids, her parents ,siblings and her lousy ex ,all while not being able to raise her kids (sain enough to provide and work but not sain enough to get custody 🙄)..no wonder she cracked...the whole situation was cruel to her and the media had a feast and enjoyed every moment of this poor girl suffering and broadcasted it for the world to see.... Hoping Britney can finally heal.. Acknowledging your mistake openly is a brave move for her considering all the hate she might get.. I cant imagine the guilt she had to live wiith for years. Makes sense why she is the way she is today. Going through all that in the public eye and they don’t even know the real story.
