Another great review. Btw, I wish our djs n newsreaders could speak flawless Brit. English like you. Students sitting for Eng. oral exams shld watch your videos.
Great review Aiman! I am well impressed by Tiggo 8 Pro. My BIGGEST concern though is its reliability over the longer term - in terms of mechanicals & engineering integrity (how well it's put together) and infotainment/software (system hang, etc). Mind you, even CX-8 experienced some some embarrassing issue with its infotainment. The car is just 3-4 months old. Perhaps I suppose by reading owners' chat forums in the internet when this car reaches closer to 1 year will give you some idea. But can people wait that long...
I like the way you illustrates the attributes of the car. This brand is getting better over the years. Honestly, I'll my splash by buck for this over the X90. Great review again Bro!
Hi Aiman, now that you have tested the Tiggo 7, does Tiggo 8 worth the extra rm30k? I am looking to upgrade from 2015 Altis and I cannot decide. Does the Tiggo7 drive as well as the tiggo8?
Hi Aiman..great review. As a matter of fact,I was utterly surprised when I saw tge Tiggo 8.Seriously considering getting one but am plagued by the fact that it ia a Chery and China made. Also am always haunted by parts abd after sale service anxiety where you could just get a Honda or Toyota and be anxiety free.Any advise?Much thanks😅
Thanks man for this awesome review ,I'm watching this from UAE , here X90 proton is geely okavango ,was initially interested in it and then review after review reached to chery tiggo 8 pro max name here in uae ,this comparison verbally with x90 proton ,gave me whole insight and much more convincing , from ur videos only I understood too proton x90 and geely okavango is similar too !!! Thanks buddy ❤❤❤
Great review. Well done. What is your thought on rear hatch loading height. It’s painful on X90. Also resale residuals on Chery vs Proton is a key factor so do you have a comment.
Rear load height will always be an issue on an SUV, but the lip in the Chery is significantly reduced. Resale value follows a supply/demand equation. Presently, the Tiggo 8 Pro demand is higher than Chery anticipated, and for as long as the plant capacity (controlled by Inokom) isn't adjusted to suit, the Omoda 5 will continue to get production priority. If this continues, Tiggo 8 Pro prices should remain higher than expected. That said, we don't recommend buying a new car while thinking of selling it.
Assalamualaikum Aiman, hope you’re doing well! I watched this review of Tiggo8Pro over 5 times, and also your review of 2019 HyundaiSantaFe 2.2Diesel. I would love to know your opinion of getting a brand new Tiggo8 Pro vs. Getting a used SantaFe 2021 if both are within the same price range.
Terimakasih sharing dan infonya kaka 🙏🏻😊. Sukses selalu, sehat selalu, bahagia selalu, dan semangat ngonten selalu kaka dan kalian guys, Aamiin Ya Allah 🤲🏻🙏🏻😊🤗.
Ugh Malaysia got newer tiggo 8 pro version than Indonesia's one, with tailgate lamp facelift, better dark brown leather seat and dashboard colour. But no full engine bay cover in Malaysia's version though
Thank you for your review.. your review was very insightful and it influenced my decision to get this over the X90.. Been using this car for 2 months now and it has been great.. really a value for money car.. totally agree with your assessment of the car..
The Peugeot 5008 is definitely better in town - that engine is multi-award winning for its performance, efficiency and operation. And BERMAZ aftersales is brilliant. However, we feel the Tiggo 8 Pro is the larger car, and the 2.0T engine would be better for people who spend more time cruising on the motorway. But in terms of active safety, the Chery blows the Peugeot out of the water.
Great review, basically summarize what I feel. I have both car Tiggo 8 and Peugeot 5008, own the Indonesian version. Very please with tiggo 8 and amaze with its power, unbelievable acceleration on motorway for its price. But the suspension and handling was not as refine as the 5008, which is very comfortable and stick to ground while cornering. And the exterior and interior style of 5008 blows out most of car in the market today. 5008 drawback, apart from smaller engine is the price and less safety features.
5 years free service is a wrong term. It should be written 6 time free labour. If this car comes with free service for 5 years including parts.. this car sure sell
Tak minat ah ade nama 'pro', psychologically speaking, there must be a non pro version, why bother make many option? Old style marketing? Hmm... the world is so boring now, somethings gonna happen.
The most honest and practical review for a car buyer in this segment!
Seriously Aiman, you are the best reviewer. Your insights and commentary are unrivalled. I am always looking forward to your videos. Thank you sir 🙏

Hi Aiman, love yr channel. How u compared this Cherry Tiggo 8 against Peugeot 5008? Thx ya😀
