I just got the sandstone version of this guitar, with different colored tuners and different inlays. Awesome guitar, it does exactly what I wanted it to do, bell like highs and more subdued lows compared to a dreadnought. I compare all my acoustics to my Guild D50 so I know exactly how good an acoustic should sound.
Seem a Taylor 214ce grand auditorium k for sale for $800., but then there are these higher end yamahas, i was thinking perhaps yamaha has its a advantages. Ive got a yamaha eterna and two seagul cedar tops i gotta get fixed, been put off to long lol good vid appreciate it
I'm considering buying one of this model guitar. The Yamaha factory specs say they ship with urea nut and saddle. Did you replace them during setup or mistaken on the material used?
@@stringmanguitars4329 hey I noticed that The factory set saddle on My guitar is angled from The bottom so it does not Have a straight 90 degree bottom. Its front side is lower that The Back side. Was this The case on your guitar aswell?
I do not remember. Measure the height, width, and depth. Then the string spacing. Go to Graphtech website and look it up. You can also call them. They list their phone number on their site. Good luck.

We installed Tusq nut and saddle. Be prepared to shave the saddle. Nearly every one is set high.

Would this be much more better than a 114ce? I think they have the same price range here at my area.
In terms of playability out of the box.
It depends on what you like. I am personally not a Taylor fan. My first choice is a Seagull. Yamaha a close second.

What's the size of that Allen key you are using
I do not recall. I think it may have been 4mm. Definitely metric.
