Not Writing Goals 3. एक दिन में खुद को ज्यादा से ज्यादा 3 बार बदलने कि कोशिश करना 4. सुबह उठने के बाद में हल्का सा या गुनगुना पानी पीना चाहिए. 5. रात के समय Refined Carbs खाकर कभी ना सोएं 6. सुबह सुबह नींद खुलने के बाद बिस्तर पर लेटे ना रहे नींद खुलने के बाद बिस्तर से तुरंत उठ जाये & believe me, stay away from social media for 1 or 2 hours before sleeping at night and 2 or 3 hours after getting up in the morning.
