That bacsilog and tocsilog looks lami kaayo! I'm sitting here trying to fast and it literally made my mouth water remembering Filipino breakfasts. You're probably already back in Texas, and I know its a long ways away, but if you end up in central Illinois we'll cook for you. My wife and I are growing moringa, labuyo peppers, ginger, lemon grass and lemonsitos, though the lemoncitos arnt quite big enough to harvest so we have some juice in the freezer. I landed back in Texas a few weeks ago after a nice long stay in the PI. Been going to the PI for well over a decade now with my Fil-Am family. I'll be honest, I'm not sure I'll ever leave the Lone Star state again and i wanted to kiss the dirt when i got back. Have you considered using a foot pedal switch on that coconut grater? At least the operator would be more focused on the job and not having the grater spinning all the time to add a little safety feature to it. Always enjoy your videos!

It's funny you're talking about raising the bars on your bike. I've been in the process of putting some 16" apes on my 2018 Harley-Davidson softail slim because I don't like leaning down on the bars. I have had apes before and loved them.
