He was an athlete and he made good money with Ski tricks(in races he could not compete with the others) thanks to Red Bull. So now he investe his money in a bag company and in other stuff. I'll tell ya what I find really interesting, is that people seem to have this expectation that they are entitled to anything from Jon and Janni, - Think about it, they ( nor does any other content creator) owe you a damn thing.. they are choosing to share their lives and experiences with whoever wants to see it - if you don't want to see it, don't watch it - if you enjoy it then show your support.. its pretty simple really.. you've got no right to give these guys a hard time for not delivering on something that you've not paid for .. it literally costs you nothing to watch this channel … I personally always look forward to watching these vlogs with my breakfast, so if there isn't one i'll watch something else, its just always a bit better when there is...

Those people that left those comments clearly have issues in their lives. Any happy person is not going to be upset because someone doesn't post 3 vlogs a week, lol! That's really ridiculous, especially when you read that back! RUclipsrs need time to rest, too, you can't just run around and film all the time, then edit the rest of the time. You gotta have time to unplug, put the camera & the Instagram away, and just enjoy the company and the environment around you, and nothing else. I mean, I miss the vlogs, but I ain't mad about it! Second, I get your point about productivity. However, even if your hypothetical Amazon workers are 1000x more productive and work 1000x harder, then why they haven't achieved what Jon has? The thing is that besides working hard is working smart: you may work hard on a farm or a factory, but it doesn't guarantee that you will be successful and better off in life. Accordingly, Jon has utilized his talent and creativity in the right way: has become an entrepreneur and vlogger after achieving success in skiing and after all, enjoys life.
But despite all what I've just said, the question is: why do you watch him? And if you don't appreciate him as a person, what still holds you here?
You feel angry because he was just tired to make a vlog? Well, he is human after all. Everyone needs rest every once in a while. And furthermore, he just doesn't owe you anything. So put your negativity aside and watch someone else who "doesn't give us moral lessons."

I don't understand why people react so negative when you skip a vlog or when you explain that you are tired. Do people pay you to make a vlog? No! So do you have to do something in return? No! I think a lot of people enjoy watching you enjoy life! So keep up the positive life and f#ck the negative people. You don't need them anyway!
It's really just a reflection on THOSE people who left the comments and not you! We're daily travel vloggers so know exaclty how much work goes in (for us its 6am - 1am solid!) we take very little "breaks" mainly because we love it but it's only human to need some escapism. Jon & Janni are also running multiple fully fledged businesses...the vlog isn't their only thing! Positivity & happiness always wins.

If you give critic and feedback it's not negative! You can't get moore positive comments, because it give you a chance to grow! If you think that positivity is that always say that all is fine/good regardless you're wrong! In all my life working with leadership, developing of company's and mental training I never heard that before! Feedback and critic isn't negative! Jon, janni and benji next time you guys go to Spain, you need to get out of the Marbella bubble and visit Cadiz for carnival (February) and visit Granada Alhambra, Féria de April in sevilla in April, la tomatina in August, etc. so many cool and fun festivals in Spain, Marbella yachts are beautiful don’t get me wrong, but explore some culture more like you do in this video, of course I know your vlog is more adventure related, but you can mix it up, I’m ok with that ;) spain is so amazing, my favorite country in Europe, especially Andalucia the best!!

Jon it should be a honor for you that people get mad if the Vlog isn't up! That means they miss it. Speaking for me, i sometimes time my day so that i can watch the Vlog instantly when its up. So in my opinion, if people are mad at you it's only because there missing something what normally makes them happy.
LOL at the angry comments...let's be honest most of us are subbed to you because we want the awesome life you portray in your vlogs. The good editing and awesome gear and music goes a long way to make it seem more interesting..and that is what they want. They want you to give the lifestyle they want so bad, and if you don't deliver consistently they get more frustrated because they don't have their escape from their own boring lives. It's the honest truth.. But if you stay subbed long enough like I have, you start liking the people more than just the content.
Don't let it get to you Jon. You already HAVE a very strong fanbase that don't really care if you skip a few days or more.. Life is hard and we only have 24 hours in a day :)
