One of the most amazing Bands I have ever seen. Neal was absolutely incredible on the kit, it was 20 years ago that I seen this band , and I remember the energy , crowd, & band clearly, because of the music !
I lived in a beautiful time, the arts, hence the music and sets, by the way, all spectacular, I miss them a lot of these capabilities, including this iconic set. I have, I really miss life in Brazil, where I live. unfortunately, all arts are in one sad decline. I was born on 10/08/50 since I was five years old,i going to learn music in a school, learning the piano scores, in short, I studied many instruments sadly, I did not put it into practice. I always loved and will love these masters of the riches of music. God bless you all that are materialized and lights, with much peace to those who are in other dimensions. Thank you. We are mortal the arts, in this regard, music is eternal.
What do you think about the music after signals, just recently started really listening to them and I love motion pictures, permanent Waves, signals, hemispheres, prolly in that order if my favorites but most the stuff after signals I just can't get into besides a few songs, send like the vocals are to low and can't really make out what he's saying

Lessons learned from professor Peart...how many 12yr old boys hurry to the library to check out French revolution about bastille day or Anne Rand's ass to follow what the lyrics were cast of...onto the big bang big money and so on....I got an A in Rushology 303
I started at moving pictures and crawled backwards and soaked up every track fell in absolute love with the bass and taught myself hemispheres album note for note at age 14-15 and cried out loud when subdivisions came out because of such a departure from what was.... since then I learned to love it as it was my first Chance to see them live..I wish I would have taken better care of the 3/4 T-shirt with the dalmatian at the fire hydrant...I play bass professionally and owe it all to Ged for my better then average abilities to tickle the elevator cables...
What,, is that pairs no is that niky,, no it's Glenda it's not your fault ,, but I want too cook souls what Geddy.. I never made fun of your voice. Cookem 👹👹👹👹
you are definitely not of our generation. I am old enough to remember when Rush was a road band and entertained us in our school gymnasium. I am now a semi-retired musician with 50 yrs of meeting , entertaining. So now I'm luthier a (guitar builder and designer) living out my lifelong dream of designing because I am also an first class wood carver and have integrated that into my guitars (lots of fun in my world). My advice to you my young friend is to seriously take a look at what you criticize as boring which you naturally assume (quite alright or you wouldn't be normal). So rather than scold you for what is a proper , rather, I would like to thank you for giving an old guitar player the time to giving me the opportunity to reminisce and share with you my life experience. So with that I hope you have similar experiences in life as I have. Yours truly T.J Johnston. P.S If your interest, I will be starting my utube channel hopefully within the next month with my first publication of a song I wrote about my father and I will be showing my first guitar build being the center of the show which is an acoustic guitar made of ash...a long sought after wood for high quality of sound and a joy to carve. So if you do, don't forget to leave a comment cause I just love to engage with people of perception and intelligence who are just stepping into their role in life. Again thank-you
Meet Rush at the age of 10. I´m 55 now. The greatest band of the galaxy!

My question is not to respond, but to comments about yesterday and today.
@@amauryjosesolis9543 haha d00dz U replied to your own thread!!! Best Rush? That's a *SEQUITUR*

I've been listening to Rush since 1978. This music is truly timeless!!

Toujours mon ami ;)!!!
VERY Cool
This brougt back memory
Thanks 4 upload 💌😎
Every Rush album is the Greatest Hit!
Exactly right
Greatest misses!!!
Wow good compilation here...nice job , i love it ;). Thx!!
Leider habe ich die Gruppe nicht gesehen, aber sie zählt für mich zu den besten, die man sich vorstellen kann. Schade, das es Rush nicht mehr gibt.
Looking forward to your next Rush greatest hits part 2 posting!!!
best trio ever
I think the three stooges can top this one😜
Check out British band, BUDGIE, also a three piece from the 70's, early 80's. I think Budgie came before RUSH. Both are amazing!
Overall, the songs are catchy, clear and easy to listen to.
I feel that, with a little work, you could offer an even more shallow analysis.
@@jamesmason2228 What the hell?
Hemispheres - NE-1 - any? one...
Lol 😅😂 @@jamesmason2228
Como minha juventude foi maravilhosa.
the great, the best progresive rock ever
4 Decades - no one is even close !!!
Mi grupo favorito de rock progresivo. UNa pena que se haya ido Neil, el mejor baterista, para mí, de la historia.
natural science 🔥
Nice! Been enjoying this - wasn’t expecting 1:06:18 though 😉
Thanks v.much from Ireland
👍🇮🇪🇵🇸✊
Excelente recopilación !!!!
Géniale thank a lot
Budgie, a British (or Welsh) 3 piece hard rock band from the 70's and early 80's sound almost exactly the same. Love them both.
Yes, we loved Budgie, and yes, they were similar, tight hard rock with a lead singer that sounded similar. I grew up in Canada, saw Rush a few times, always a good time!
Thanks for the suggestion, I'll be giving them a listen.
Budgie é a voz e o baixo do rush e a guitarra e bateria do Black sabbath... Ouça e perceba.
Love me some Budgie and some tunes may reveal some resemblance but they are definitely not like RUSH by any means… there is no band like RUSH.. 😂🤣😂
Budgie is awesome, sadly very underrated.
Tough and great when three guys rock the world - Fortunately inspirers like Rory Gallagher and Jimi Hendrix or Budgie, show the way.
Presto is one of my favorite albums, but hold your fire, is another favorite, I get something different from every album ,depending on my mood.
Muy buena!!!!!😂
The Analog kid is such a underrated song. Powerful chords
Signals is a really good album
So into this band years ago, 2112 wow
RUSH is when the music comes to an end
Rush is a badass no they are the badass
❤MEGALOMANS ABSOLUTE HARD ROCK
Not listened by me much but 1 of my faves
❤❤

No ifs or butts Neil was best

I can't understand that someone is comparing Rush to led Zeppelin... I'm sure they're okay, but they're two levels below Zeppelin.
blessed to be alive at the same time as both
