The Boyz actually posted content explaining the MV. Basically, they're performing a ritual at the beginning to go back and relive their school days, and it works. But they start experiencing effects of that, like the nosebleeds. It's like saying goodbye to those days and a new beginning.
This Mv is like a homepage of their previous comebacks. Like the uniform refers back to their debut song “boy” changmin at beginning wearing the rabbit is a scene from DDD, there were a scene from no air, keeper, christmassy etc. it’s like a summary of all the work they have done in the past 6 years. And a goodbye to their painful past and their youth and welcoming their future. This is bittersweet bc There 7 year contract with the company is coming to an end this December and not sure what’s going to happen. There were also scenes that represented what they wanted to be when they were younger-like Hyunjae surrounded with law books-he wanted to be a police officer, Changmin a zookeeper, Juyeon a pilot, Sunwoo soccer player, younghoon wanted to be a model l, etc. the bursts of colors are like the moments of intense happiness they had in their years as a group, moments they have shared together. The tears scenes are moments of sadness are the times they have faced doubts, fear and hardships. Also they didn’t include a lot of choreography cuz they wanted to focus more on the emotions and story. But if you watch their dance practice or live stages you’ll notice they incorporated some dance moves from bloom bloom, DDD, quasi una fantasia, etc. Sorry this was long.
The MV description is like “Because it cannot last forever, they experience once more the sad and beautiful school days, say goodbye to their memories and dreams through graduation, and run toward a hopeful tomorrow.” Everything about Nectar is so beautiful, you should see the stages because its pretty!
