Did Yeo Suang Qiu really came to Singapore to perform. I really miss it. 70s was still the era of Cultural Revolution. Were these old so called 腐败-erosive culture allowed to spread overseas at that time?

Deeply impressed at that time, and delighted to watch it now😊
母子思認而不能認，欲認又不敢認，矛盾、複雜折磨得好苦、好痛，劇情的展現因有陳瑜、姚璇秋的演绎如合情合理感人至深。然而情節還不如評剧精炼動人：評剧有咬脐解雪衣披上三娘情節更慰人更暖。

五十年前已經開始聽，全劇約三小時，全劇俱唱得很好，很感人！現今可能沒太多人欣賞，有感人才凋零，此劇唱的人沒了神韻，後無來者！

Cantonese and Teo Chew opera are very similar costumes and music? Very strange especially very different languages though mean different people.
I hope there would be a translation of the dialogue in English, printed on this recording in the future. 🙂
