I know you’ve done what I eat in a day videos a lot, but was wondering if you have like an actual sample weekly menu that you do? I love the way you eat, but I’d love to piece together like an entire week of what you eat. (I’m a planner). Like a PDF or something just telling what you ate in document form. Kind of like they have online where you get a sample written week of a diet-something like that would be awesome to see from you!
