To import to Australia, do you need to get the Australian import approval prior to buying a car from a dealer/auction or can you apply for that after purchasing the vehicle as they say it can take up to 60 days to get an import approval but you could miss out on the car you want in that time? Or do Flat Four already have import approvals in place?

Basically not worth the hassle and find a local one !! That’s the gist of it. Coz made absolutely no sense by time you pay this bloke import taxes rego inspections and hassles.

You could be right…i managed to find the Chase Yellow Type R in Sydney after searching Japan for years..
Prices have come back a lot lately. This video talks about $100k mark, but now many are half that and not selling..
