    The animation, the artstyle, the characters, almost everything. Jack's maniacal energy despite being a one note villain makes him fun to watch. The main problem with Disney is that there is not so much fantasy anymore. Too many characters trying to relate to "real world problems" (yet most of these problems are about social justice of whatever woke crap there is). Puss in Boots is a fairy tale, but still can relate to actual real word problems (panic attacks, how worth ones life is, death).

      Вообще если рассуждать объективно то качество что Дримов, что Диснея сейчас примерно на одном уровне. Да, 22 год у Дримов был лучше - всего 2 фильма и оба шикарны "Плохие парни" и 2 часть "Кота". Дисней со "Странным миром" конечно соснул, но вот хейт в сторону Пиксаровского "Я краснею" лично не вдупляю. Шикарный мульт на сложную тему, ещё и с заходом в стиль аниме. Тот же "Лайтер" был хуже. А теперь смотрим год 2021. Шикарный "Лука" от Пиксар, такой же классный "Энканто" Дисней, а Дримворкс - 2 часть "Спирита" и "Босс-молокосос 2". Так что тенденции в улучшении Дримворкс пока есть, но говорить об этом рано. С другой стороны Дисней просел, а Пиксар... Надеюсь что "Лайтер" единичный случай, а так всё ещё фавориты. Но если 23й год будет продолжением 22го, то тогда признаю что Дримворкс отвоёвывает позиции.

      Вообще что всегда было крутым в Дримворксе ( и в Сони, особенно в последние годы) так это то что они не Дисней не Иллюминейшн. Так было со Шреком, с Кунг Фу Пандой, с Драконами, с Мегамозгом, и так получилось с Плохими Парнями и Котом в сапогах 2. Согласна, могут выпустить полный шлак, однако они выпускают либо мозговзрывающий мульт либо последнее дерьмо, так что дикий респект Дримворксу счастья там здоровья а Диснею поскорее преодолеть свой кризис тк они могут делать хорошо если перестанут прогибаться под всеми подряд

    You forgot about The Bad Guys in the Dreamworks category. The people in it looked similar to the ones in Turning Red, but the fights and chases were animated sooo good and it gives off a great Ocean’s 11 vibe

      Bad Guys had gr8 animation (all ripped [and rightly so!] from Lupin II btw!) but the voice and dialogue were sub-par, and the plot was mediocre at best. But animation? yea.. just fresh as could be.

      @dutch_asocialite Год назад +3

      @@jasonbernard5468 I agree the dialogue doesn't always land but I wouldn't say the voice acting was by any means bad; everyone spoke clearly, delivered the lines with energy and were each distinct and varied, if rather hammy but I wouldn't expect much else for a children's film. As for the plot: well, I agree it wasn't anything too imaginative but to facilitate the animation it does its job. And besides, it's not a boring plot, what more could you ask for?

      Yesterday I looked "bad guys" and honestly the cartoon is like that. At the beginning, it’s still catchy, but after the announcement in the news about them in the cartoon, after the robbery, I realized who the governor is, what the plot will be based on. Honestly, all their unpredictable moments are complete garbage. Everything is absolutely predictable there, this is a pure caricature cartoon, so if they would stick to the beginning, they would fully reveal the bad guys, maybe the cartoon would have shot, and at the box office, it scored almost half as much as Puss in Boots 2. And one more thing: in "bad guys", the same nasty animation with faces as in turning red. Just a shame, but the benefit of people's faces are not so common. What individual came up with such a disgusting animation, I just do not understand. Cartoon unfortunately at one time.
      also this work reminded me of its origin Jumanji: call of the jungle. I then went to the cinema to see him and predicted almost 90% of the actions of the heroes. Now this one will go there, then he will say this, then they will kiss, in short, a pure linear film without seemingly open freedom and the possibility of unpredictability. Same bottom.

      I thought the plot was a little bit predictable. That's not necessarily a bad thing though.
