In this video, I tried to kill Long Gui within 1 stagger without any summon or shrouds. xD

For anyone still playing in 2022, there is one Adamantortoise roaming the Steppe near the Northern Highplain after unlocking Long Gui, so you don't have to go to Eden for farming it.
The one in Eden is quicker to respawn though so still better for farming.
@@live22morrow In theory it's faster yes, but Edentoise is completely out of the way. The optimal way to do a Platinum trophy in this game is actually doing Toises loops in Archylte Steppe.
1. Take the Mission 63 (60k guaranteed).
2. Teleport to the entrance of Mah'habara then kill Adamantoise, Adamantortoise, Mission 63 (who's an Adamantortoise), Adamantortoise + 3 doggos.
3. Get one of the Circle mission
4. Kill the remaining Adamantoise
5. Do the Circle mission.
6. Restart

Nice to see someone using Snow ! The Fang Lightning Hope team gets old lol
What do you expect? Fang/Light/Hope is one of the best teams to use in general. Although, I'd sub Hope in for Vanille. Hope is far too squishy, and Vanille is far more versatile.
@@richardsinclair7661 This team is actually not that good, because it forces you to play long battle, because this 3 characters (especially Hope and Fang) needs crazy developpment in their Crystariums to actually become interesting for offensive purpose (and getting much faster fights). And the critics from most players finding the battle too long and uninteresting comes from the fact they play this particular team ;)
I always use lightning fang and vanilla 😊
This video should be played to all the clowns that say FF13 has bad combat lol / spam auto battle 😅
It's one of the best battle systems of all the FF games and you fully understand it and don't just spam auto battle (even if it is quite intelligent on a lot of encounters it's a hindrance on optional content) 😅

why do you cerberus at 2:42? wouldnt you want to stay in tri-disaster and stagger it as quickly as possible?
slows down chain depletion before the stagger. Tri disaster increases the stagger meter fast but the duration of stagger will be also be very short

Why not pop an Aegisol and Fortisol ?
The challenge was one stagger, no summons, and no shrouds which means he can't use those.
Man how did you get so strong and with all those itens in less than 80 hours?
does slow affect the time hes staggered? like both legs down
No, it only affect the monster's casting time of spells etc

@@BlindedbyLight also another question, is it really necessary to have 4 magistral crests? coz I built my Snow and Fang with all Strength and I'm kinda sad now coz I may have to farm again in order to get that sweet trophy of killing a long gui

Hi, you can farm fast gil and points at Chapter 12: Eden
- In Levithan Terminal you will face against Adamanchelid/Adamantoise or Chapter 13: Orphan's Cradle by killing the sacrifices.

@@niqhx4714 By the time you've earned enough gil to upgrade all of your weapons/accessories to this point, you will have received more than enough crystarium points to max your characters. As long as you're farming gil from the right enemies of course.
