I was trying to decide if i should get mona or dehya from the selector, they were the 2 i was missing from the standard banner. i was so close to just pick dehya from the selector, then i realized im at 50 pity limited banner, so i pulled on mualani and got dehya (thank god). So then i went ahead and get mona from the selector. Most satisfying moment for me ever since i started playing genshin...
Other notes are that xinyan can self infuse pyro for kazuha and that its really easy to overcap crit rate on her Oh also most buffs dont last as long as mualanis field time like VV and Candace. In ST mona is realistically buffing one shark bite
Mualani's exploration skills are very tempting, I love to explore. I also happen to have an extra Tome of the Eternal Flow. Ughhhhhhhhhhhhh. I can't decide if I should pull or not. Thanks for the great info, Juice!
I think the biggest caveat to these characters is that, while they're fantastic units, in some ways they're decidedly more fantastic in Natlan - I'd really like to see s side by side comparison of how they work outside of Natlan.
chose Kazuha as he was my dream and pulled him at 65 pity , bagged Mualani somehow after wishing ONCE on her banner straight after - unexpected but not complaining
feels like they increased the chances this banner, i got Mualani and Kazuha, in the first 10 pulls then i got his wepon and her weapon in under 20 pulls , oh and did i mention i ALSO GOT another standard character , that's 5 !! in in under 60 pulls, something is definitively going on, i think they want us hooked and then after we think we can get it easy the old 80 pulls come in ;_;

Somehow managed to get a decent Codex 4-set in just under a week. Flower rolled 58EM, 6.2CR, 14CD Feather rolled 7CR, 7CD, 81 Flat Def... *(I'll be looking for upgrades on this immediately after I finish the rest of my loadout on her)* Off-Set HP% Sands with 7.8CR, 16.3CD *(low rolls, but better than Flat ATK)* and 42EM On-set Hydro% Goblet with 8.6CR and 9.9HP% *(Not 2x Crit, but On-Set with 2 into CR and 1 to HP this early was too good to be true)* Decided to pop 3 Elixirs on a CD Circlet, chose CR and ER% as I had none so far on her. It rolled 1 into CR, the rest into ER%. Crap feather aside, I'm *VERY* happy I have a usable loadout on her so quickly. Gonna work on R5ing her Ring of Yaxche and getting her Skill & Burst to 8/8 next. Wish me luck.
Yeah I noticed that too. I didn’t get that lucky but I have won my 50/50s like 6 times in a row. Though it could just be making up for my astronomically bad luck in HSR lol
that's somewhat what happened to me in HSR. For me I got ASTRONOMICALLY lucky early pity wise, atleast the beginning of when I started to Ruan Mei's last banner. I wasn't originally gonna play, I just really liked Black Swan and decided to get her incase I decided to play at some point. I got her twice and both were early (21 and 19 pity respectively), I took that as a sign to keep playing to see how my luck turned out. Never got three 5* in 10 though in either Genshin or Hsr. Congrats on the c2 Mualani!!
The only thing mualani would want atk for is her actual normal atks, which I wish they would have made based on hp similar to neuvellitte’s charged atk. Would help her be more of an on fielder in other regions considering nightsoul drains faster outside of natlan and doesn’t have the backup bar
Tbf Dehya has seen a lot more use recently, shes good with Lyney, good for Burgeon Neuv, good for Emilie and next shes going to be good for Kinich BUT i feel Mavuika is going to powercreep her back into irrelevancy

A bit late, but I'd also recommend running mualani with kachina on 4 piece cinder city, zhongli with 4 pc Archaic petra and xiangling. Xiangling will need a bunch of ER, but with this build mualani can reach up to 121% hydro damage bonus which boosts her damage greatly. Additionally Geo resonance buffs her damage by an additional 20% while zhongli also shreds some resistances. Overall, I've found that kachina's e cooldown is a bit too long making her rotations a bit awkward, but with enough ER on the geo units and interchanging her e with her burst, she'll apply geo well enough. With a ring of yaxche at r5 she hits around 269k vape with that build and a split of 40% crit rate (obsidian codex not included) and 200% crit damage and 33k hp
never too late to leave a nice suggestion! seems like a good build, i’d even argue that ZL could be changed for emilie or nahida for burning uptime, since kachina’s crystallises can help prevent knockback too with her mini shields
im currently running mualani, kazuha, xiangling and barbara since i dont have candace (but shr might be given out for free with new events soon) and it works pretty well!! barbara gives a 15% hydro damage bonus to mualani at her c2, and i have clam set on her so you get extra damage from that too, plus keeping her teammates alive
never trust damage per screenshot, i’d say a well-built mualani with her craftable, talents raised & the right set can do like 300-400k damage depending on variables (weapon refinements, teammates, team buffs etc)
I got c6 xinyan when getting my mualani, looks like il have to build her too Im not excited about all the farming in my future but it will be worth it in the end!
same i always regret not looking what plant she needs to level. since they take 48 hrs to spawn in, should be one of the first things to start collecting if you plan on pulling her haha have her stuck at 70 till the flowers come back in
I rushed so much to get her I didn’t even have time to farm materials so she’s level 60 rn running her on golden troupe cause I have tons of those after farming maracheusse hunter and her talents are all lvl 1 but when I vape with her and use burst she does 24k?? 😭😭😭
Absolutely me a few days ago, now she has an okay ratio of 40 crit rate and 225 crit damage on her SIG set and on Widsith (however no ER 🥲) with 35k HP at level 80. Her E is level 7 and if I’m lucky she vapes for nearing 200k-250k which is insane considering my Raiden with a near perfect catch build can barely hit 200k with Bennett!! I just tried a nuke with her today on her burst against PMA (lvl 5 when i tested it, now lvl 6) and she hit 320k. I’m absolutely mind blown at her damage output and will definitely crown her + get Mavuika when she comes out to better support her 😁
I have to be by far the luckiest person right now. I just my third pull last night on her banner and I won the 50/50 and got Mualani. I am so happy! Now to see if I can strike the new wish mechanic and get Kazuha if not Kazuha then definitely Ei. I have to get Ei this time around.
If you have some good marechaussee pieces she can use them even without furina in a burnvape team(if no shielder), but it might unreliable against some bosses
Im running Mualani, XL, Furina, and Sucrose right now. Super consistant (other than the widsith I am forced to use rn - 1 fate point, 35 pity) Furina skill, Sucrose Skill/Burst, Furina Burst-Switch heal, XL skill burst, Mua carry
I've been waiting for kazuha for nearly 2 years but goddamn mualani was so fun to play in the story quest , should i really get kazu for neuvi or mualani
Kazu being a highly versatile character is more value for u.but if u lack a dps , then neuvillete is your top pick alongside arlecchino over-all for now.
Kazuha's the better pull in the long run. He's basically gonna amp any DPS you have that has a swirlable element by a ton + deals considerable dmg, crowd control and elemental application. From how Xilonen is in leaks, she's basically on par, but not equal unless you're using a Natlan DPS with Kazuha at C0 in buffs and basically better than C0 Kazuha at C2 (idk on how C2 Xilonen fares against C2 Kazuha). But the thing is she basically shreds resistance for every element albeit 4% less than VV Kazuha which makes her better in Geo, Physical (who plays that)and Dendro DPS based teams. EITHER WAY. In my opinion, it'd be the Yelan - Xingqiu situation where their best teams are with together.
Hi! I came back from genshin after quitting- and my luck was amazing on this banner, bagged Mualani c1 and a kazuha! Although im kind of confused on how to make teams will furina, kazuha, mualani, and xiangling team do? I also have a tighnari, keqing, diluc, shenhe, ayato and almost every 4 star (not xinyan which is why im asking for help) if anyone can help me w team building 😭
I somehow got a good set for her in a handful of tries, was really just trying to get a full set, but somehow my 4 set rolled noice. Edit, just need a good feather/ a feather at all.
Very useful guide, but can I use kirara or yao yao as a replacement for nahida? I do have her but I just dont know if dehyas damage mitigation would be enough to survive
Is there a reason why pyro seems to be a necessary slot in her teams? Would Mualani, Nahida, Furina, and Baizhu not be a strong team and if not could you explain why please? thank you! :)
2 pcs golden troupe 2 pcs Nobles is also good imo golden troupe increases skill DMG 20% and nobles increases burst dmg by 20%, I use this with widsith it works good 👍🏻
absolutely C6 furina. our beloved hydro archon works in every team at C6, as in, EVERY TEAM, while being a crazy vape plunger too. mualani is super strong at C6, but she does not have the insane flexibility of furina

I got her c1 but I’m gonna wait for Mavuika to actually go for mualani’s weapon since most likely she’ll be sub dps. Only reason I think this is look at the first 2 main dps characters that want pyro reactions so far in natlan. Then there’s a support artifact set that boosts team dmg based on the reaction, in this pyro with vape or burning.
I lost my 50/50 on Mualani's banner but I really want her 😭 good thing it's a new update so it will be easier to get primogems but it's still sad because I was really looking forward to getting her asap 😢
I just got her and i wanna use her with Dehya, Jean and Furina, but it think imma change Furina for Kachina, the hydro resonance is nice for the team but furina sometimes steal vapes from Mualani

@@Arrmorant that is if Mavuika is a support. True is, that Archons have been mostly supportive in terms of gameplay, but they are representers of their own element. If one Archon gets to be a dps, it is the pyro one no? Unless she has been leaked to be otherwise.
@@botondnyitrai3128 Well that's a big "what if" scenario for sure. But I disagree on your take, being a "pyro" archon doesn't equate to DPS. She can still represent pyro (ATK stat) through buffing, etc. Take Ei for example, electro screams as a support (ER) but she's mostly a hypercarry in pre-dendro era.
Quick question Her team with sucrose, I got kazuma, and I didn't got he's weapon, but I have the one that gives ER% based on he's em. And half of that for the team. Can I takr him instead and ignore em on her? Without artefacts, and only kazuha, she sitz at 115,3 Edit: Habs gerade getestet, 763 em sucrose buffs the dmg fare more Between kazuha the difference was 3 stack attack 67k to 89k And burst somewhat Between 80k and 167k Depending on sucrose burst and if pyro was vaporised or if zhonglis puller eats the pyro.
I did some caculations using a website called 'Gi dmg calculator', and it looks like an EM goblet is better than Hydro dmg goblet for Mualani if you're using Kazuha, since he gives a lot of hydro dmg bonus. You can also replace the sands or the circlet with an EM one instead of the goblet and it will still be higher than HP/Hydro dmg/Crit dmg, it depends on the team too so I recommend calculating it before changing her build. But if you have a good Hydro dmg goblet I recommend using Sucrose with the usual HP/H dmg/CD so you can have good dmg even without Vaporize (exploration, Co-op...etc).
I love that the brown-skin girls finally got their time to shine in Genshin. Xinyan (Pinoy), Candace, and Dehya (Egyptian) have been so underutilized. They just needed their Maui sister to give them the spotlight.

However, as a company, Mihoyo definitely featured a lot more melanin in the music, the visuals, and the characters (especially the NPC'S) for this region, so for a Chinese Fantasy RPG Game, I'll take what I can get. And after touring Natlan, I can definitely say we are at least not being ignored.

i have a question. when i use kachina and a pyro unit and i put archaic petra on my pyro character - should i then avoid kachinas c1? as it absorbs the crystallize shards and my pyro teammate cant pick up the shard.

If I'm not mistaken getting stacks from enemy's will proc the dehya skill which makes her apply pyro for your nuke

If you have some good marechaussee pieces she can use them even without furina in a burnvape team(if no shielder), but it might unreliable against some bosses

Kazu being a highly versatile character is more value for u.but if u lack a dps , then neuvillete is your top pick alongside arlecchino over-all for now.

Kazuha's the better pull in the long run. He's basically gonna amp any DPS you have that has a swirlable element by a ton + deals considerable dmg, crowd control and elemental application.
From how Xilonen is in leaks, she's basically on par, but not equal unless you're using a Natlan DPS with Kazuha at C0 in buffs and basically better than C0 Kazuha at C2 (idk on how C2 Xilonen fares against C2 Kazuha). But the thing is she basically shreds resistance for every element albeit 4% less than VV Kazuha which makes her better in Geo, Physical (who plays that)and Dendro DPS based teams.
EITHER WAY. In my opinion, it'd be the Yelan - Xingqiu situation where their best teams are with together.

Hi! I came back from genshin after quitting- and my luck was amazing on this banner, bagged Mualani c1 and a kazuha! Although im kind of confused on how to make teams will furina, kazuha, mualani, and xiangling team do? I also have a tighnari, keqing, diluc, shenhe, ayato and almost every 4 star (not xinyan which is why im asking for help) if anyone can help me w team building 😭
I somehow got a good set for her in a handful of tries, was really just trying to get a full set, but somehow my 4 set rolled noice. Edit, just need a good feather/ a feather at all.

The vaporize reaction is her best team archetype. It's her main/best way to do damage. The dendro is to keep the Pyro aura for more vapes
2 pcs golden troupe 2 pcs Nobles is also good imo golden troupe increases skill DMG 20% and nobles increases burst dmg by 20%, I use this with widsith it works good 👍🏻

absolutely C6 furina. our beloved hydro archon works in every team at C6, as in, EVERY TEAM, while being a crazy vape plunger too. mualani is super strong at C6, but she does not have the insane flexibility of furina

I got her c1 but I’m gonna wait for Mavuika to actually go for mualani’s weapon since most likely she’ll be sub dps. Only reason I think this is look at the first 2 main dps characters that want pyro reactions so far in natlan. Then there’s a support artifact set that boosts team dmg based on the reaction, in this pyro with vape or burning.

I just got her and i wanna use her with Dehya, Jean and Furina, but it think imma change Furina for Kachina, the hydro resonance is nice for the team but furina sometimes steal vapes from Mualani
I wonder if kachina would be a good stand in for zhongli as i dont have him.

True is, that Archons have been mostly supportive in terms of gameplay, but they are representers of their own element. If one Archon gets to be a dps, it is the pyro one no?

@@botondnyitrai3128 Well that's a big "what if" scenario for sure. But I disagree on your take, being a "pyro" archon doesn't equate to DPS. She can still represent pyro (ATK stat) through buffing, etc. Take Ei for example, electro screams as a support (ER) but she's mostly a hypercarry in pre-dendro era.

Her team with sucrose, I got kazuma, and I didn't got he's weapon, but I have the one that gives ER% based on he's em. And half of that for the team.

Between kazuha the difference was
3 stack attack 67k to 89k
And burst somewhat Between 80k and 167k
Depending on sucrose burst and if pyro was vaporised or if zhonglis puller eats the pyro.
I did some caculations using a website called 'Gi dmg calculator', and it looks like an EM goblet is better than Hydro dmg goblet for Mualani if you're using Kazuha, since he gives a lot of hydro dmg bonus. You can also replace the sands or the circlet with an EM one instead of the goblet and it will still be higher than HP/Hydro dmg/Crit dmg, it depends on the team too so I recommend calculating it before changing her build.
But if you have a good Hydro dmg goblet I recommend using Sucrose with the usual HP/H dmg/CD so you can have good dmg even without Vaporize (exploration, Co-op...etc).
mualani is crazy good lv 60 and 63k dmg no buff

I love that the brown-skin girls finally got their time to shine in Genshin. Xinyan (Pinoy), Candace, and Dehya (Egyptian) have been so underutilized. They just needed their Maui sister to give them the spotlight.
I just wish their version of brown was atleast a little close to mine😂

However, as a company, Mihoyo definitely featured a lot more melanin in the music, the visuals, and the characters (especially the NPC'S) for this region, so for a Chinese Fantasy RPG Game, I'll take what I can get. And after touring Natlan, I can definitely say we are at least not being ignored.

i have a question. when i use kachina and a pyro unit and i put archaic petra on my pyro character - should i then avoid kachinas c1? as it absorbs the crystallize shards and my pyro teammate cant pick up the shard.
