SUPER TIP: If you can’t learn the foot steps, just put .5 speed to see each feet individually when you get it, then practice at .75 it will help you it’s pretty easy once you see it slow, but you have to practice ALOT in order to get it on rhythm to the song....GOOD LUCK🌸

Obviously doing them consistently results in losing that weight, but I’m walking proof that literally anyone who is physically capable of at least running can learn this stuff.
