I was practicing this and was wondering why the foot twist was seeming so hard (I could usually do them just fine). After like 10 minutes of practicing, I realized that I was twisting the foot at the back in the opposite direction. Go me.

technical question the bridge before the chorus where they sort of glide to the left, for the life of my can't figure out how to do that step... if you ever have the time could you post a video? thanks! love the tutorials and a big fan.
i have like reallly bad short term memory, and i'm not necessarily coordinated for dancing, [more for soccer since that's what i've training with for years] do you guys have any tips with the memorization in each step while doing the regular speed dance? i'm really bad at counting in steps, plus dancing in general. but i want to challenge myself in learning this. thank you 😊
i may not be dance fanatic myself but the thing about memorization is that... 1. You need a prepared mind set. If you want to remember the dancing steps, you gotta tell yourself that you WANNA dance. 2. Repetation. Keep doing it as a habit. (in my situation, i practised Run and what i did was i keep doing the steps eveyday) 3. Enjoy it! No one likes remembering things they dont wanna.. but if you really wanna dance then you gotta enjoy every move of it. no need to stress about it. (like Jhope!) i hope this helps
Yes, always practice and try to do it in front of a mirror so you can see what you're doing. It'll help especially if you learn from visuals. Also maybe write down the moves like describe what you do or give them your own names for them. Or keep rewatching the vid XD hope this was a little helpful ^-^
Practicing in front of a mirror helps, and it helps to repeat the moves of the steps. For example, kick, jump, step, slide, step, jump, kick. Some thing like that. If u get it drilled into your brain after repeating it, remembering the step is easy enough bc u just have to follow your own directions. I have this room in my basement with a wood floor, and I just put full length mirrors on the walls and it's become my dance room lol
