Even after all the comebacks they had they never lost their distinct seventeen sound which is upbeat and uplifting music most of the time dance-oriented. Suga knows that distinct SVT sound and even points it out as he listens.

Honestly It's been easier for me to get into SEVENTEEN cause they made me feel exactly how BTS had made me feel. They are different but similar in a way. Their songs and personality just made it easier for me to like them. for me, I get a similar feeling from SVT and SKZ that I get from BTS. I think it's the special connection that comes from producing their own music, meaning that they have a much more special feeling to me.
The first group I was really invested in was BTS. I learned their names, listened to all of their songs up until that time (Run era), and even watched some variety content. A few months later though, I met Seventeen, and that's when I trully got into kpop and into their fandom. They were not even a 1 year old group yet, but I felt that there was something there. And even though I'm a huge carat and love my boys a lot, and they've been my source of comfort and healing throughout all of my 20s, I still have a lot of love for BTS too. Through thick and thin, I believe they are good people, their hearts are good, and I know they love what they do. That's something both groups have in common and one of the reasons why I'm so happy that both have been consistently succeeding. A great journey to be a part of.
Leaders is the subunit of all three leaders. Woozi (leader of the vocal team), Hoshi (leader of the performance team) and Scoups (leader of the hip-hop team and also the leader of Seventeen). So Hoshi is in three subunits- performance team, leaders and BSS. BSS is a subunit with their gag trio, Hoshi, DK and Seungkwan. It actually started out as a joke but eventually became a thing. As you might not know, Pledis Ent. was nearly bankrupt, so SVT's debut was delayed (they were supposed to debut in 2013). Hence, the members handle everything from the beginning. Woozi producing and Hoshi choreographing since pre-debut. Boo Seungkwan promotes their group (he is known in the entertainment industry too, as he is in different variety shows and even received an award for it). Every member took part in every comeback, you can see their names in the credits for lyrics or composers/producers. Mingyu and Wonwoo are interested in directing and video editing. They directed and videographed Snapshoot and Holiday, respectively. So yeah, with these, SVT deserved recognition and success as they have right now and Carats are more proud because of that.
I have been Carat for a year now. Seventeen are like variety show kings. They are a very chaotic group. I have multiple biases in Seventeen which are DK, Seungkwan and The8.
You should react more to seventeen, you won't regret if you stan them. They're known for their great synchronization despite having super intense choreographies. About SVT: They debuted under pledis in may 2015. Has 13 members, 3 teams vocal, performance and hiphop makes one team with 1 fandom so 13+3+1= SEVENTEEN. Has 3 leaders for each unit, Hoshi for performance, Woozi for vocals and Scoups for hiphop, also the general leader of svt. They are known for their power packed performance and upbeat songs. Off cam they are really funny group with so much crackhead energy. There are 3 97 liners members in svt who are really close to JK, svt basically adopted him from ISAC. Tae and Joshua (the one sang daechwita) are also besties with same date of birth. Both are born in dec 30 1995. Their company was like bighit, no money no power/ influence. They were supposed to debut in 2013 but got delayed for 2 years for some reasons. They struggled a lot and now they are so popular. They even broke so many records with this new album. When woozi said that they were given the title as self producing idols was kind of a burden means they were producing, writing, composing, choreographing everything by their own with some help from the people with these bases, so the expectation will be higher for the people who listens to their music. Also i think i should say this cause everyone need to know this. For every mini album, they releases b side tracks as the 3 teams and as group just like bts does like releasing songs as vocal line and rap line and all together. Once they went live and an international fan commented 'i don't understand but i love you'. Hoshi saw this comment and said he felt so touched by it cause they are watching the live even they don't understand what they are saying. After that they decided to make a song with the title as same as the comment as title which the performance unit (hoshi's unit) took it as their unit song. I feel this is the most wholesome thing they did. Fun fact: Woozi is known as one of the cats of their group just like Yoongi
2 SVT members were also in Lee Youngji's "Alcohol Diary". Remember where Jin in that drinking show? Yeah, THAT one. DK and Joshua are there and no one's kidding when they say SVT are the kings of variety shows. Therefore, to make sure each member get's to show their individual talent, they are divided into 3 teams; Hip-Hop team, Performance team and Vocal team. Each team/unit has a leader, and they all perform/release songs together as a 13 member group and as their individual teams. The *Hip-Hop team* consists of members; S.Coups (Who is not only the *leader* of the team, but also the leader of SEVENTEEN as an entire group) Mingyu (Who is my bias hehehe) Wonwoo and Vernon. The *Performance team* consists of members; Hoshi (Who is the leader and whom you guys have met before!) Dino, The8 and Jun. The *Vocal team* which consists of members; Woozi (Who is the leader and I'm sure you know of haha) Jeonghan, Joshua, DK and Seungkhwan. Therefore, SEVENTEEN consists of three leaders; S.Coups (Hiphop unit) Hoshi (Performance unit) and Woozi (Vocal unit) The three of them form their *own* subunit where they release singles under the unit called 'leaders' which basically means that the leaders of these three units come together and make singles every once a while. They have a song called 'Cheers' which went viral too haha! As for BSS: So, BSS stands for - BooSeokSoon which is the first name of the three members of the unit. This album even surpassed Map of the soul 7's first day sales and is now the most sold album on the first day of their release with more than 4 M sales..... I heard FML surpassed Adele for Fastest Selling Global Album Of The Century. To tell you honestly, i think most of the familia wouldn't mind watching you react to Seventeen because i think ARMY and CARATs get along so well, since SVT are like the younger brothers of BTS, and most of the members of both groups are the closest of friends (not to mention some ARMY (including me!) also became CARATs and vice versa. Random Info I know as a sideline supporter: their maknae Dino doesn't get away with sh*t like JK does 😂 their maknae line are sh*t stirrers and I love them for it. In terms of songs, I personally think Left & Right and Very Nice are great songs to start with and also Fear (the visual and live performance is top tier), SVT also have their own variety show called Going Seventeen and it's hilarious, you really start to see their personalities. SVT and BTS are my favourite groups! They’re actually pretty similar in terms of creativity, craziness and being a family rather than just co-workers. I feel like you would love them ☺️ Their discography is amazing! And because they have different units (with different styles) I feel like there is something for everyone. They have a show like run bts called going seventeen & also a behind the scenes show called inside seventeen. It's almost impossible to have only 1 bias in seventeen so my biases (this is like a very loose statement because of how much I love every single member) are Dokyeom, Dino, and Junhui. I usually don't have biases because different members stand out to me for different reasons and aspects and I don't think it's necessary to, but these 3 specifically are the ones who's personalities along with their skills just combine to make me very happy? I sound very dramatic, but I could probably cry over them purely because of how much joy and comfort I experience whenever I watch them and their lives. It's very rare for me to experience such joy from just hearing someone sing or watching someone dance, but these three just hit so different for some reason.

When you see all of them together, the synchronization will catch your eyes but if you watch them individually, all of them hv different style but yet they managed to look similar. People always said that seventeen actually hv 13 dancer cz all of them can pull off the dance very well despite being in vocal or hiphop unit.

woozi was one of the most talkative guest. I think he found a very intelligent listener in Suga, who understands what his creative process. So interesting and impressive. I like Suga's humility and respect for a junior.

I noticed this for Hoshi also but even more for Woozi! The place Seventeen and the members hold in eachothers life is unmatchable. If you do want to get to know their personalities, i recommend their recent game caterers episodes (there's more episodes to come and they havent been subbed yet). although their variety show Going Seventeen is the best to get to know them while also having the time of your life (TTT 2020 series recommended by the leader Scoups himself!), these episodes also highlight them individually!! Simply put they will be a great precursor to Going Seventeen. Plus Seventeen is so entertaining to watch, whether they're performing or playing around or doing nothing. Darling by all of SVT - its really such a sweet song with a great music video. its all in english too! 3. World by all of SVT - its also got a great MV and was my first comeback of theirs! the song is so catchy it was stuck in my head for weeks lol.
You should definitely check out seventeen's dingo killing voice video. It gives you a rough idea of their very-very diverse discography. Plus you get to see their live singing skills too. Honestly I know many kpop groups, i got into kpop because of BTS and the only kpop artists after BTS who stole my attention are Seventeen. Its a very healthy group of talented people.

So SVT have 3 leaders, that's the leader subunit and bss is gag trio a fun subunit. Hoshi is also the part of Leaders subunit since he is the performance team head. Also svt is known for their top tier performance and synchronization. They are called the powerhouse performers.

I have only heard their titles tracks but my Korean teacher once played a Seventeen song in class, is called "Thanks" and now is one of my most played songs every year! I don't know much about them, but my bias is DK because his voice that got me mesmerized when I first listened to thanks, he expressed a lot of emotion with his voice.

Even after all the comebacks they had they never lost their distinct seventeen sound which is upbeat and uplifting music most of the time dance-oriented. Suga knows that distinct SVT sound and even points it out as he listens.

for me, I get a similar feeling from SVT and SKZ that I get from BTS. I think it's the special connection that comes from producing their own music, meaning that they have a much more special feeling to me.
The first group I was really invested in was BTS. I learned their names, listened to all of their songs up until that time (Run era), and even watched some variety content. A few months later though, I met Seventeen, and that's when I trully got into kpop and into their fandom. They were not even a 1 year old group yet, but I felt that there was something there.
And even though I'm a huge carat and love my boys a lot, and they've been my source of comfort and healing throughout all of my 20s, I still have a lot of love for BTS too. Through thick and thin, I believe they are good people, their hearts are good, and I know they love what they do. That's something both groups have in common and one of the reasons why I'm so happy that both have been consistently succeeding. A great journey to be a part of.
Leaders is the subunit of all three leaders. Woozi (leader of the vocal team), Hoshi (leader of the performance team) and Scoups (leader of the hip-hop team and also the leader of Seventeen). So Hoshi is in three subunits- performance team, leaders and BSS. BSS is a subunit with their gag trio, Hoshi, DK and Seungkwan. It actually started out as a joke but eventually became a thing.

Woozi's statements made me emotional. The fact that he started producing to make everything works. As you might not know, Pledis Ent. was nearly bankrupt, so SVT's debut was delayed (they were supposed to debut in 2013). Hence, the members handle everything from the beginning. Woozi producing and Hoshi choreographing since pre-debut. Boo Seungkwan promotes their group (he is known in the entertainment industry too, as he is in different variety shows and even received an award for it). Every member took part in every comeback, you can see their names in the credits for lyrics or composers/producers. Mingyu and Wonwoo are interested in directing and video editing. They directed and videographed Snapshoot and Holiday, respectively. So yeah, with these, SVT deserved recognition and success as they have right now and Carats are more proud because of that.

They debuted under pledis in may 2015. Has 13 members, 3 teams vocal, performance and hiphop makes one team with 1 fandom so 13+3+1= SEVENTEEN. Their company was like bighit, no money no power/ influence. They were supposed to debut in 2013 but got delayed for 2 years for some reasons. They struggled a lot and now they are so popular. When woozi said that they were given the title as self producing idols was kind of a burden means they were producing, writing, composing, choreographing everything by their own with some help from the people with these bases, so the expectation will be higher for the people who listens to their music.
Also i think i should say this cause everyone need to know this. For every mini album, they releases b side tracks as the 3 teams and as group just like bts does like releasing songs as vocal line and rap line and all together. Once they went live and an international fan commented 'i don't understand but i love you'. Hoshi saw this comment and said he felt so touched by it cause they are watching the live even they don't understand what they are saying. After that they decided to make a song with the title as same as the comment as title which the performance unit (hoshi's unit) took it as their unit song. I feel this is the most wholesome thing they did.

They are very flexible idols meaning their rappers and dances can sing very well. Their vocal units can be their main dancers too. Therefore, to make sure each member get's to show their individual talent, they are divided into 3 teams; Hip-Hop team, Performance team and Vocal team. Each team/unit has a leader, and they all perform/release songs together as a 13 member group and as their individual teams. The *Hip-Hop team* consists of members; S.Coups (Who is not only the *leader* of the team, but also the leader of SEVENTEEN as an entire group) Mingyu (Who is my bias hehehe) Wonwoo and Vernon.
The *Performance team* consists of members; Hoshi (Who is the leader and whom you guys have met before!) Dino, The8 and Jun. The *Vocal team* which consists of members; Woozi (Who is the leader and I'm sure you know of haha) Jeonghan, Joshua, DK and Seungkhwan.
Therefore, SEVENTEEN consists of three leaders; S.Coups (Hiphop unit) Hoshi (Performance unit) and Woozi (Vocal unit)
The three of them form their *own* subunit where they release singles under the unit called 'leaders' which basically means that the leaders of these three units come together and make singles every once a while. They have a song called 'Cheers' which went viral too haha!
As for BSS: So, BSS stands for - BooSeokSoon which is the first name of the three members of the unit. BOO standing for *Boo* Seungkhwan who is the main vocalist of SVT; SEOK standing for Lee *Seok* min or DK who is the second main vocalist in SVT and SOON standing for Kwon *Soon* young or Hoshi, the main dancer in SVT. The three of them have been best friends since pre-debut and dubbed themselves with the name of BooSeokSoon before they debuted, making the company want to debut them as a interesting subunit in 2018 with the song Just Do It. They're called the gag-trio as they are considered the funniest members, and most of their songs are all bright and energetic, meant to lift people's spirits.
There are many other small groups in SEVENTEEN as well; like Vernon and Joshua the two english speaking members releasing an all english song called Two Minus One. OR Mingyu and Wonwoo, the two rappers releasing a song in which they sing.

This album even surpassed Map of the soul 7's first day sales and is now the most sold album on the first day of their release with more than 4 M sales..... I heard FML surpassed Adele for Fastest Selling Global Album Of The Century. As an ARMY, BTS and their music has always taught me to appreciate the deserved.According to me,BTS relates to seventeen the most. BTS and Seventeen are the only 3rd gen groups in K Pop who owns their success.... They really made themselves..Their music is so upbeat, euphoric and uplifting. All 13 members of seventeen are really talented and I wish them to gain more global recognition...💜

It's almost impossible to have only 1 bias in seventeen so my biases (this is like a very loose statement because of how much I love every single member) are Dokyeom, Dino, and Junhui. I usually don't have biases because different members stand out to me for different reasons and aspects and I don't think it's necessary to, but these 3 specifically are the ones who's personalities along with their skills just combine to make me very happy? I sound very dramatic, but I could probably cry over them purely because of how much joy and comfort I experience whenever I watch them and their lives. It's very rare for me to experience such joy from just hearing someone sing or watching someone dance, but these three just hit so different for some reason.
This is my girst video watching you guys and as a Carat it was so nice to see the reactor's genuinely enjoy and take an interest in Woozi and not just Suga (although completely understandable). Seventeen and their fandom are really great. They're known for their crazy synchronization in dancing/performance, self-producing and drinking 😂 (TTT) if you want to get to know them as a group and not just their discography then I recommend GOING SVT TTT (realism), audition, MMTG (jaejae), and they recently joined Game caterers as a group! I enjoyed this a lot ❤thank youu
Im an ARMY who fell into the SEVENTEEN rabbit hole late last year and i never got out. Woozi was the reason when i came across a meme about him and Suga being father and son 😂 i watched their variety Going Seventeen and fell in love with 13 guys who are equally chaotic and talented.

oh you should defiantly check out them and on most prior there dance choreos... it fantastic...i can 100% say that there is not a single group who can perform like they do.... and i have seen 2nd, 3rd and 4th gen...no one can match them in choreography and performances ...you'll will have fun discovering them
This is so true, we not exaggerated. Svt really worked hard on their choreography. When you see all of them together, the synchronization will catch your eyes but if you watch them individually, all of them hv different style but yet they managed to look similar. People always said that seventeen actually hv 13 dancer cz all of them can pull off the dance very well despite being in vocal or hiphop unit.

Since Woozi produces all of their songs, no matter the genre it always has this distinct ‘SEVENTEEN’ sound and feel to it, it’s very impressive. Also i hope you’ll check out the music video for Super, it’s soo cool! The mv for FML comes out May 8th
Hoshi is also in the leaders subunit, he's the perfomance unit leader, woozi is the vocal unit leader, and scoups is the hip hop unit and general leader
woozi was one of the most talkative guest. I think he found a very intelligent listener in Suga, who understands what his creative process. So interesting and impressive. I like Suga's humility and respect for a junior.
So I got to know seventeen from the hybe game caterers and only 7 members were present. So just from that my bias are the8 and mingyu

I dare say but they are definitely the best performers in kpop. The thing about them is that all 13 of them move like one body when they perform. You should check out their dance practices. They are amazing, no exaggerating. What is more crazy to me is that even their music is crazy high quality , relatable and comforting. They really deserve to be where they are now♡ if BTS made Bighit ,Seventeen made Pledis . Pledis really held out cause they had Seventeen.
they are the most natural, kind, talented and so so funny kpop artist i have ever known. I know them for years but not really a die hard fan but these days im so into them, i think i will be a carat very soon hahahaha

I noticed this for Hoshi also but even more for Woozi! The place Seventeen and the members hold in eachothers life is unmatchable. I love how everything Woozi, and Seventeen do is for us Carats and for eachother! Waaah! This ep! Aaaah my love for Seventeen increased ten-fold! And did you know all 13 of them renewed their contract together! They even did the whole discussion together and taking in everyones needs and looking out for the quite-er members and taking in consideration Seventeen's value! WOW! Also I might be wrong but the way they all bonded together to debut in hard circumstances with everyone inputting something or the other and doing their best also got them closer I feel!
Also I really love how free and comfy Woozi and Suga were with eachother! And how they found someone who understands eachother, their work, the hard points! Waah they similar not just with their looks but also their personality and work! Hope for more Woozi X Suga and Seventeen X BTS

If you do want to get to know their personalities, i recommend their recent game caterers episodes (there's more episodes to come and they havent been subbed yet). although their variety show Going Seventeen is the best to get to know them while also having the time of your life (TTT 2020 series recommended by the leader Scoups himself!), these episodes also highlight them individually!! Simply put they will be a great precursor to Going Seventeen. Plus Seventeen is so entertaining to watch, whether they're performing or playing around or doing nothing. You should definitely check out seventeen's dingo killing voice video. It gives you a rough idea of their very-very diverse discography. Plus you get to see their live singing skills too. Honestly I know many kpop groups, i got into kpop because of BTS and the only kpop artists after BTS who stole my attention are Seventeen. Its a very healthy group of talented people.
World is my favorite seventeen song. i'm still very new to their music i haven't ventured far but I love their personalities and they have such great voices plus strong dancers 💜

So SVT have 3 leaders, that's the leader subunit and bss is gag trio a fun subunit. Hoshi is also the part of Leaders subunit since he is the performance team head. Also svt is known for their top tier performance and synchronization. They are called the powerhouse performers.

I have only heard their titles tracks but my Korean teacher once played a Seventeen song in class, is called "Thanks" and now is one of my most played songs every year! I don't know much about them, but my bias is DK because his voice that got me mesmerized when I first listened to thanks, he expressed a lot of emotion with his voice.
