Holy Moly! That really needed your touch, Davin! It is looking so much better already. With so much cut down maybe the wind/breeze can now move some of that yuck off the water surface and to the edge so it will naturally break down. I hope they decide to continue hiring you to keep the edge growth down. The frogs sound happy, too, which is a good sound. 🐸🎶😊
You did a Great job of it cleaning the outer perimeter of the pond ,Now the pond could use come serious dredging cleaning it ,I'll bet there's snapping turtles by the dozen in there
What it was and what it is now still a hundred percent looks better. I agree with you it needs dredged out. Thank you for sharing this when it was a good one
Devin, discovered your channel form watching Letsdig18 , Dirt Perfect and Upstate Bush Control, it was sadly after after the love of your Life, Misty had passed. so have not had the chance to go over all of your other videos, showing this hydrolic bush cutter, but OMG it is great for jobs such as this. what you did in the coutse of over two days looks awesome compaired to what it did look like before you started. Great Job, and Thank you for sharing. Love your videos and your content.
I told my daughter to subscribe to your channel because I'm headed back to NC on Sunday so she'll have something to watch with him before instead of cartoons 🥰🥰🥰
Great job as always, you sure that is not a beaver pond and not a lake I’d be a little concerned on how high the water level is comparison to the road height.mower doing a great job, definitely changed the looks on this section of property.kudos.continue on 😎😎😎👍👍👍
♦️♦️WHAT MY FRIEND, THIS MACHINE DOESN'T EVEN HAVE COMPARISON WITH THE OTHER ROLETE MACHINE. THIS IS MUCH MORE PRACTICAL THAN THE OTHER AND MUCH FASTER!!♦️♦️
Seems to me that you still are in mulching mode albeit now using a mower. 😁 When you mow you cut at the required level (here at ground level) and move to the next section and leave the cuttings behind. I see you want to chop up the cuttings into small pieces, i.e. mulch, before moving on.
I've been watching you work and how you transform places for a few years - just wondering what happened to the skidsteer cos most of the mowing jobs I've seen you do you use the ASV skidsteer Love watching your videos
Wouldnt have worked that close to the bank, not enough room and the ground was super soft, I would have gotten stuck and made ruts everywhere. For pond banks an excavator with a brush cutter or mulcher is typically the correct tool for the job.
Eventually if you don’t, the invasive species will take over. On my property, we have around 60% invasive species taking over. From Tree of Heaven, multifloral rose, winged eunonymous, autumn olive and Asian honeysuckle. They spread out and steal sunlight further preventing the native species from growing. It’ll totally flip a native ecosystem over and not sustain wildlife.
Your hard work has turned the land into a very beautiful place with outstanding views
Thanks for the video Idigit4 great job with the MTL mower ❤❤it. Take care of yourself and family and be Blessed.
Nice to see the OG cutter back.
I live in your part of SC and have become a huge fan of your channel. I look forward to each video you put out.
Man that does a nice job, sure customer will be pleased.
Great job man. As usual.

Looks most excellent to me!👍👍

Job well done
It's a beautiful place now it even more beautiful great work
What it was and what it is now still a hundred percent looks better. I agree with you it needs dredged out. Thank you for sharing this when it was a good one
Its nice watching a operator work. The lever pullers that think they are operators are hilarious, keep up the good work. Love the videos
Love the swamp cypress's.
That mower is perfect for mowing pond banks
That looks more like a swamp than a lake.
He's calling it a pond not a lake looks like a swamp
That looks better. Well done.
Keep up the work brother your skill level has increased alot since I began watching you
Great Job-that mower/brush hog works so well and was managed skillfully.
Good job and video Brother. It’s good to see the old XC-5 back on a job
Awesome Awesome 👏❤️👏.. taming That jungle park…giggles 😳🤭👍❤️👍
Very nice job
I am so "diggin" the time lapse tunes!! Thanks!
You sure did put the brush to work was much faster than mulching great video thanks Devon
That was a pretty intense job! Nice little Kubota, and well done with the brush hog. Not really an area I would want to be in!

Mower for the win - no problem - eezy peezy.

It does look a little swampy. Are there any gators ?
Looks good, but he definitely needs to have that pond reworked.
I'm asking because I don't know, why the brush cutter and not the mulching head?
Is it faster?
The Ducks will love it
Aloha 🌺🥰
That works much better and faster than munchie. Have fun!!
great work

I think you should use the brush cutter more often, it is very effective and does the job much quicker.
It may work faster/better : But I like “Munchie” better.
Just saying. 🙏👍🌻
Do you think the MTL XC5’s motor may fail soon as indicated by the whining noise?
I wonder if MTL uses “lower end” motors as a cost saving measure.
The very first video I saw from your channel, you were mulching or mowing what you called a snake pond. Is this the same one.
That scenery reminds me of the large ponds in Belle Isle. Any gators in the area where you were working?
What factors do you consider when choosing the mower vs mulching attachments?
Super Good work you the best friend thans te video Top 🚜🌾✔️🤗🍹😎💯🧢👣🌿🚚

That's exactly why I think munchie would be a better tool for this job.
It has been a while since we last seen your brush cutter. I think it was when you did that long ditch.
We actually like the noise of little munchie 🤭🤭
I've been watching you work and how you transform places for a few years - just wondering what happened to the skidsteer cos most of the mowing jobs I've seen you do you use the ASV skidsteer
Love watching your videos
Hi Devon, tell me, why did you choose to use the
Brush cutter over Munchie seems to work the same with the same results which look great. ?
Its lighter and faster and it can go in the water and not have issues with the bearings.
😮
🐻 💍's?
Cheers Devon.
I like that brush cutter head. I would like one for my mini. Not sure if mine is big enough though. Do you have any info on where to get one?
www.mtlattachments.com/brush-cutters-1/mtl-attachments-xc5-excavator-brush-cutter-direct-drive
How many years before this work is required again?
I’ll bet the water moccasins were scared to death of that mower!
It must be nice to stay away from the snakes
Unfortunately I prefer Little Munchie. What a machine and the operator isn't bad either 😊
Thanks!
I can tell that the hydraulic whine would be horrible if not muted
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
It kind of sounds like a circular saw going through plywood.
A pond like that Devin. Doesn't it have to stay Natural.
Nice but I still thing it needed Munchie.
🤙😎🇦🇺
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Or maybe a mosquito breeding habitat.
Will the owner have the debris skimmed off the lake/ pond?
🙏🏻🕊❤️🕉
😁👍👌🏼
I think for what you did, you probably could have just used your skid steer and brush hog
Wouldnt have worked that close to the bank, not enough room and the ground was super soft, I would have gotten stuck and made ruts everywhere. For pond banks an excavator with a brush cutter or mulcher is typically the correct tool for the job.
Very Good JOB Devon
I think it’s time for a new camera
Eco wetlands ..why disturb the habitat..😢😢😢😮😮

Relax...it'll grow back, and hopefully with more natives
Dig....I wouldn't call it "Insane".
As long as you don't find a body.
Brush hog on steroids.
Time to drop in a line. Another happy customer I bet.
don't you answer your comments have try for a long time with no joy just wanted some advice 😇
A beatiful place for drink "mate"
Nice work! Easy money. 🛶
Great job!
