But on 9th day night i feel right side back pain, right side pelvic pain and inside navel pain, i went to see dr. And dr did usg and said might be due to urine infection you get this kind of pain and she given me mild pain killer and moov spray and said again if you feel pain you can put it . Again 10th day mid night pain started and its feel like my abdomen will explode.. Please advice is this symptoms of early pregnancy..
