they arent removing ludens from the game. TLDR their reworking it. the way its passive works is it stacks up to 6 times (you get like a stack every few seconds) and when you hit an ability it consumes the stacks for the ludens proc youre familiar with, but if the target is solo the rest of the charges hit for 35% of their damage. they basically made it a better burst item. it will be sad to see the icon gone though. the way ludens looks now is just... familiar.
