- In this video I make a cosplay prop knife from EVA foam and parachute chord.

For this build I used 5 mm EVA foam for the blade, guard and 3 mm EVA foam to make pommel. Parachord used to wrap handle. Super glue, black paint, model masters silver chrome paint, mod podge, dremel 4000 rotary tool, scissors, cutting mat

What kind of foam are you using and where can I find it
E.v.a foam...it's all over the internet. Try eBay and Amazon. I just finished making a breastplate with a Eva gym mat ☺️
