Very informative video. I travel internationally, and these are the tactics I use to go into areas unnoticed. I made a mistake in Lima, Peru last year and got robbed at gunpoint for about $20 because I was in Callao, a really rough part of the city, during the day and I started feeling nervous about the scenario, so I started talking to a guy walking a dog. My calculation was that anybody else around would see me with him and I'd blend in, but I think when we started talking and he realized I wasn't a threat to him, he took advantage of the situation and pulled out a gun. The good news was that I'd left my phone and other valuables, and kept about $50 in my sock, so he shook me down for only part of what I had. It was a learning experience, but I think the foolish thing was getting too comfortable in one of the worst parts of the city.

Well, I'm glad you're OK but one of the rules and the videos that you shouldn't talk to anybody. That way you won't be noticed. I appreciate your comment. I can help a lot of people and I'm glad you're safe.
