1st on my strengths is Belief & thats why I realize I suck being in Corporate world. Either I should losen up on my core values or get out of Corporate I guess 😕 And Connectedness, Responsibilty, Context and Adaptability are my other top strengths. How do I comprehend Belief & Adaptability both together in my top 5?
@@rsaugwell I don't know exactly the nature of your work or what your belief systems are but I believe that if your values are that firm then you can be an influence to other people too. It is not about making everyone accept your belief but just allowing them to see the value of your belief as a team member and maybe hoping that those who appreciate your belief will one day embrace them and eventually follow your steps. Depending on your mission in life. I believe you have more than 5 strengths so it's not limited to 5 only. There is so much to learn about yourself and the Gallup test is not perfect...but it helps guide you and make you aware that these are your dominant traits... I am a follower of Jesus and it is not OK to talk about faith at work but I am staying because I am called to serve in that place and if I can't talk about it then I can show it. And so far, I am able to reach out to some people and help them deal with some issues in a godly way. I am able to resolve conflict among our team. It's not about winning ...just doing and accomplishing what I am called to do...loving my neighbor and making Jesus known.
