I love the blushes. They are gorgeous!! I love all of them but the rose that has a tinge of coral was my favorite(soft pink corals are my jam!), but the mauve was close behind. (Your comparisons were fantastic helpful as usual!!) I hope they come back to this formula in 2024 with more shades!

I bought all three Chanel blushes and the cool eye shadow palette and I’m obsessed. I love the glow I get from the blushes and the eyeshadow is great for everyday.

I am most excited for the Les Beiges eyeshadow and primer and will skip on the rest of the collection. I had to sigh with resignation when you pulled out that Pink Sakura palette from Dior as I SO wanted that palette but unfortunately couldn’t get my hands on one. I have the Chanel Les Beiges eyeshadow palettes in Medium and Warm and use them quite often. That said, this Cool palette seems like a snooze…as do the blushes. Thank you so much for the demos and thorough presentation!! Those lip maximizers are tempting…! Hope your holidays are peaceful and happy!
This eye palette is so different than I expected. Photos make it look more purple/pink. I don't know how much that palette is, but the new blushes are $75. That seems to be another Chanel price hike. Chanel was a company from which I used to pick up a lot of new launches. At these prices I won't. And, at these prices, they'd better be making makeup that will change my look dramatically. I sprung for last year's Delices and Fantaisie. Honestly, I've used Delices exactly twice. Like throwing $80 away. The blush, which is more of a blushlighter, was worth every penny. But there is nothing here that I can't dupe, or do better with other palettes I own, like Viseart. I'll be passing on all of these. But such a great video! I will have zero FOMO by skipping it. The blushes and the palette should be $72. They definitely have been increasing prices. I'd rather have some smaller blushes for less money personally but these are pretty. The blush last year was awesome! I still love that blush. Happy Holidays Deborah!
Loved the dior maximizers on you Lexi. I wish more companies would bring back frosty/sparkle lip look(s). I don't wear them often but this time of year it would be a great sell!

I just ordered the Les Beiges winter blush in Mauve Glacé, and two of the lip baums in Keep Cool and Cocoon! The cool eyeshadow palette and primer in Frosty White that I recently ordered from the Chanel website just arrived today! I’m so excited! I’m keeping my eyes peeled for the Icy Beige primer if it becomes available at another retailer, and if so, I’ll definitely be purchasing that as well. You’re always so helpful, Lexi! Thanks so much! Really enjoyed this sneak preview of this winter’s Les Beiges line. I think I like last year’s quad colors a little more. The rusty reddish color is not good for me - I prefer more cool purple shades. I still have Tweed Pourpre too. Great swatch comparisons - you’re the best!

The primers look super similar to the MAC strobe primers. In the end they all have the same subtle effect under foundation. The palette is very pretty 😊
@@LexiJong yes. I saw a review from Sophia as well and am even more sure they're the MAC strobe cream... Not to speak of the many cheap dupes that look the exact same. There's zero point to spend Chanel money for a very basic formula

Hi Lexi as usual great review, no sugar coating 😝. So I was going to pass, but then I kind of bought in in winter glow theme🤪😂. But after watching your review, I am not sure if I am picking up all. I still thinking to get eyeshadows, just because I don’t really have anything in pink from les beiges. I do have tweed pourpri and le blanc last year’s .. but blush I might skip it. I like the pink one, but I just purchased from someone, older years Chanel collection pink blush, I believe older formulation. The primer I am not sure, I love that icy glow, but can you compare with Le blanc rosy drops and Chantecaille pink tint. I might get the pink light one icy lipstick and pink nail polish. 🤔 Have a blessed day🙏❤️
Oh if you got an older formulation of blush, definitely go with that over this one! I really hope they come back to that type of formula. I'll add swatches of the primers to the community tab later today.

Happy New Year, Lexi! I finally was able to order some Les Beiges items on the Chanel website. I missed out on the Healthy Glow primer in Icy Beige, which kind of bummed me out, but I purchased the Frosty White instead. It appears that the Icy Beige has more reflective qualities than the Frosty White, as I’ve seen on other videos, so I’m not sure it will even show up on my skin after foundation is applied. Icy Beige has more reflect, even on your skin. So hopefully I’ll be happy with it. Just a day later, Chanel is out of stock on all of them, and eBay has them for sale for a whopping $99, which is way too expensive. I did get the eyeshadow palette though, which I’m happy about. I didn’t pick up any of the blushes or lip baumes, but I’m thinking about getting the Mauve Glacé, which I think would be really pretty on me. I do like plummy, rosewood shades on me, so I’m leaning in that direction. I don’t think I have anything like that at the moment. Also, I’m thinking about picking up the lip baumes in Keep Cool and Cocoon. My lips are extremely dry in the winter, so I think I would get a lot of use out of them, particularly since I like sheerer formulas. What do you think? Hopefully I can get them before they run out of those too!
Those ebay prices are insane! I hope people aren't paying those prices. We may still see restocks on these items. I think the baumes are very pretty but they are not that hydrating so if you are looking for my hydration, these are really more the type that will give you a little slip and a mild barrier on the lips for comfort. I think they are a nice choice as long as that works for you.

Hi Lexi! Great demonstrations and review as always! I’m going to skip on this entire collection. It’s beautiful no doubt but I feel I can easily dupe all of this. My favorite Le beige palette is Tender and I don’t think cool palette will beat it. I’m close to hitting pan on it which shocks me because I have a ton of eyeshadow it’s actually embarrassing lol still know it’s a favorite. So when this new palette came out I was thinking to myself should I get this new palette instead of replenishing my Tender palette? After seeing your demo and seeing the swatches online Ive decided to just replenish the tender palette when I hit pan. I hope Chanel never gets rid of the Tender palette because it’s just too perfect to not have in my collection ❤️🙌🏻
Definitely i am picking up 2, of the DIOR lip maximizers. I really like that formula. The 65 and the 67. I have the 001 which i am using every single day. Its my go to. 👄 Thank you Lexi...🎄 🎅

I haven't used the CT magic cream but the BB is nice. I like the Youthforia primer for dry skin also which is very much like the old Dior Prestige primer. Cle de Peau also makes a nice primer but I think I would try the BB if I were you. You can probably get a sample or travel size to try it.

Hi Lexi! Thank you so much for another great video, featuring the upcoming Chanel Les Beiges collection and the new Dior Lip Maximizers! I love the eyeshadow look you’re wearing throughout the video - the pink seems not to oxidize to the usual terracotta shade (which happens whenever I wear CT’s Pillow Talk). I also like the brightening effect of the icy white primer. Both of these are on my wish list now, so I hope the collection makes it across the border. You did a great job demoing the new blushes, showing how to modulate their intensity by using various types of brushes. And on the subject of brushes - OMG! - that new Koyudo 3D cheek brush looks fabulous both aesthetically and functionally! (Please try to convince the “Fude powers that be” to re-stock it again - and make more.) The new Dior Lip Maximizer shades are great for the Holidays - these are also going on my wish list - not here yet!

Perhaps they're not able to confirm until after a certain date but I inquired to my SDM BB Chanel counter manager (in Winnipeg) on Dec 6 and was told they expected the collection on Jan 2. I asked if a second collection might launch in January and she told me the Winter Glow Collection was the only collection launching. Today, I asked her how far out the merchandise calendar goes and she said 6 months! She hasn't received the Winter Glow testers yet but was noting pre-orders.
Hi @Lexi, the Les beiges winter glow collection and new Dior maximisers are not available in Aus at all yet. I am a huge fan of the Les beiges line but I do think the new “cool” eyeshadow palette is not cool at all. I would not wear these colours. Dior pink Sakura is “proper” cool toned and these are the tones that suit me best. Appreciate your thorough reviews and comparisons as always - the new cool palette is a pass for me (if/when it is available in Aus) and my wallet thanks you 😊 I’ll pick up a new blush for sure though.

@@LexiJong thanks Lexi, yes, I like the micro shift in it😍 Will Corail Givre makes the complexion yellowish? Can it be apply as a sheer wash and blends seamless ? It looks very pigmented. How long does it last on the skin? I prefer lighter softer buildable shades, something like Hermes shade #28 Rose Plume, that’s my favorite daily blush so far.
This is stronger than rose plume. It won’t make the skin yellowish though. Sounds like none of these will be perfect for you though so maybe wait for a different release.
Hi Lexi, I got the cool pallet yesterday and tried it on today. It’s not as pinkish as I was afraid it would. I guess my eyelids are a lot darker than yours.
@@LexiJong also, I don’t find the Frosty White primer very hydrating either, Lexi. The Cle de Peau the foundation sits a lot nicer on the CDP glow primer than on the Chanel Frosty White primer.
@@LexiJong and the Coral blush, I can’t help it, I have to try it before giving it to my mom. I have to say that the quality of Chanel blush does leave a lot to be desired. Once we have tried the blushes of Sisley, Suqqu, Hermes and Tom Ford, we are not impressed by the quality of Chanel blushes. Don’t you think?
The Dior lippies are pretty! I really like the pink. The promo pictures of the Les Beige palette looked so much cooler. I would be buying it for the lavender sparkle so I’ll probably pass. I really liked the darker blush on you! Is this the first release with the new Chanel creative partners?
I am not 100% sure if they were in charge of this release. I was told at first that this belonged to them but I have since heard that this one is still a transition and not solely their work. The spring collection though is definitely all them!
Hi Lexi, I have a question: the shade of the CDP lipstick the holiday version in 524 (matte) is a bit Orangy. That shade would go better with the Rose Polaire or the Coral Givre? My aunt’s BD and my mom’s BD are coming up and I am going to give them the Guerlain blossom lipstick paired with the Chanel blush Quintessen, the CDP holiday matte lipstick paired with a blush. I like to find the closest blush for that lipstick shade. Many thanks.
Lexi do you ever wear the maximizer glosses over lipstick? I bought a few two years ago but my lips have minimal pigment so the glosses don't look good on me as a standalone product. I thought that the maximizers were designed to be worn alone, but I was curious to know your thoughts.
I ordered the Cool eyeshadow palette and mauve glace blush right away. I'm intrigued by Rose Polaire because while it looks like a warm coral when swatched on your arm, it looked cool pink on your cheek. I've also seen it swatched as cool pink on the arm and cool pink on the face. If it looks cool pink on my cheek, I'll buy it; will also try Coral Givre. I'm passing on the primers as I have Chanel's Illuminatrice primer as well as the Les Beiges Healthy Glow Cream in Rosy Beige, my favourite product of 2023, which perfectly smoothes the skin (it wasn't released in the US). I don't use the lip baumes, so they are an easy pass.
@@LexiJong I was so taken by this product that I wrote to Chanel to implore them to bring it into the regular line and to make it in a bigger size. There's witchcraft in there for how youthful and natural the skin looks when wearing it.

Definitely wanting the LB pallet primer and maybe the coral blush . I wish I had a boutique near me, I doubt the Dillards Chanel counter has this new release and that is all that carries Chanel instore around me and I'm impatient for the online release . I can't decide if I want the ice beige or the frost primer probably don't need both. I wonder if the pallet is limited I mean it sound be permanent cause it's cool and it just adds to the other LB collection of warm intense medium and so on . Idk if it's really that cool of a pallet to call it the cool pallet 🤣in pan it looks cooler then on the skin . * Idk i might be having 2 nd thoughts after watching it and seeing it on that red color throws me off. I still haven't heard when they will release online. The palette is supposed to be limited from what I was told. You're right, it isn't that cool, lol. I am really hoping they do some cool purples soon. Their last purple palettes have all been rather warm for purple.

Oh that is a good comparison! The revision is awesome! I'm trying the new auteur lip balm now and will have updates on that one soon but if you are looking for a lighter version of the revision, this might fit the bill. I busted my lip last week and it's really helping it heal comfortably.

In effect the blushes seem to apply and look very similar to the Tom Ford blushes in his Soleil face palettes... I think they're baked gelee but look quite similar?
Texturally they feel different. Both are more of a baked gelee type of formula but the Tom Ford don't have that "grip" that the Chanel have and they feel a bit silkier. They apply similarly though.

Primer seems to be a waste of money to be honest and did not seem to offer any added benefits as far as I can tell from your very honest as always thank you review/video.
The finish of fleur is more like corail givre and color-wise both rose polaire and corail givre have some similarities. I will post some photos on the community tab.
I'm disappointed the cool palette wasn't cool. The blushes I was interested in was the polaire and mauve. They swatcher warmer but pulled cooler on your skin which is interesting.
Yes the colors are definitely interesting how the tones show up. It's very odd since, if anything, my skin is cooler on my face than my hands so you would think they would look warmer. Lol.
Hi Lexi, For me this Chanel collection is not attractive enough to make me buying. I don’t use primer and the eyeshadow is not breathtaking. The blushes have a not so nice formula and the colours are not out of this world. The coral blush might be similar with Hermes rose cuivre. 🤔 The eyeshadows from the next Chanel spring collection look interesting. I’m not sure about the pigment because on the hand they are very sheer. But will see next year. These Dior lip maximisers are a pass for me. Now I can’t wait to buy Sonia G limited edition brushes! Yes it is but I still wish it were a bit cooler than it is. Surprisingly, the corail givre is a close second. It has a nice brightening effect.

Hi Lexi as usual great review, no sugar coating 😝. So I was going to pass, but then I kind of bought in in winter glow theme🤪😂. But after watching your review, I am not sure if I am picking up all. I still thinking to get eyeshadows, just because I don’t really have anything in pink from les beiges. I do have tweed pourpri and le blanc last year’s .. but blush I might skip it. I like the pink one, but I just purchased from someone, older years Chanel collection pink blush, I believe older formulation. The primer I am not sure, I love that icy glow, but can you compare with Le blanc rosy drops and Chantecaille pink tint. I might get the pink light one icy lipstick and pink nail polish. 🤔 Have a blessed day🙏❤️
Oh if you got an older formulation of blush, definitely go with that over this one! I really hope they come back to that type of formula. I'll add swatches of the primers to the community tab later today.

I like the Mauve Glace best. It can be dark if you really buff it in but with a light fluffy brush, it's perfect.

Happy New Year, Lexi! I finally was able to order some Les Beiges items on the Chanel website. I missed out on the Healthy Glow primer in Icy Beige, which kind of bummed me out, but I purchased the Frosty White instead. It appears that the Icy Beige has more reflective qualities than the Frosty White, as I’ve seen on other videos, so I’m not sure it will even show up on my skin after foundation is applied. Icy Beige has more reflect, even on your skin. So hopefully I’ll be happy with it. Just a day later, Chanel is out of stock on all of them, and eBay has them for sale for a whopping $99, which is way too expensive. I did get the eyeshadow palette though, which I’m happy about. I didn’t pick up any of the blushes or lip baumes, but I’m thinking about getting the Mauve Glacé, which I think would be really pretty on me. I do like plummy, rosewood shades on me, so I’m leaning in that direction. I don’t think I have anything like that at the moment. Also, I’m thinking about picking up the lip baumes in Keep Cool and Cocoon. My lips are extremely dry in the winter, so I think I would get a lot of use out of them, particularly since I like sheerer formulas. What do you think? Hopefully I can get them before they run out of those too!
Those ebay prices are insane! I hope people aren't paying those prices. We may still see restocks on these items. I think the baumes are very pretty but they are not that hydrating so if you are looking for my hydration, these are really more the type that will give you a little slip and a mild barrier on the lips for comfort. I think they are a nice choice as long as that works for you.

Mixing in cool shades would have been appreciated but you made everything look pretty regardless of personal preference. That's a shame that they have fragrance in the primer but the blushes do not list any in their ingredients.

I am super curious about the new blush formula, but I also have a lot of blushes. I’ll probably watch your swatches and comparisons a few times before I decide which one I get. I’m skipping the eye palette.

I’m going to skip on this entire collection. It’s beautiful no doubt but I feel I can easily dupe all of this. My favorite Le beige palette is Tender and I don’t think cool palette will beat it. I’m close to hitting pan on it which shocks me because I have a ton of eyeshadow it’s actually embarrassing lol still know it’s a favorite. So when this new palette came out I was thinking to myself should I get this new palette instead of replenishing my Tender palette? After seeing your demo and seeing the swatches online Ive decided to just replenish the tender palette when I hit pan. I hope Chanel never gets rid of the Tender palette because it’s just too perfect to not have in my collection ❤️🙌🏻

I haven't used the CT magic cream but the BB is nice. I like the Youthforia primer for dry skin also which is very much like the old Dior Prestige primer. Cle de Peau also makes a nice primer but I think I would try the BB if I were you. You can probably get a sample or travel size to try it.

Hi Lexi! Thank you so much for another great video, featuring the upcoming Chanel Les Beiges collection and the new Dior Lip Maximizers! I love the eyeshadow look you’re wearing throughout the video - the pink seems not to oxidize to the usual terracotta shade (which happens whenever I wear CT’s Pillow Talk). I also like the brightening effect of the icy white primer. Both of these are on my wish list now, so I hope the collection makes it across the border. You did a great job demoing the new blushes, showing how to modulate their intensity by using various types of brushes. And on the subject of brushes - OMG! - that new Koyudo 3D cheek brush looks fabulous both aesthetically and functionally! (Please try to convince the “Fude powers that be” to re-stock it again - and make more.) The new Dior Lip Maximizer shades are great for the Holidays - these are also going on my wish list - not here yet!

Perhaps they're not able to confirm until after a certain date but I inquired to my SDM BB Chanel counter manager (in Winnipeg) on Dec 6 and was told they expected the collection on Jan 2. I asked if a second collection might launch in January and she told me the Winter Glow Collection was the only collection launching. Today, I asked her how far out the merchandise calendar goes and she said 6 months! She hasn't received the Winter Glow testers yet but was noting pre-orders.
Hi @Lexi, the Les beiges winter glow collection and new Dior maximisers are not available in Aus at all yet. I am a huge fan of the Les beiges line but I do think the new “cool” eyeshadow palette is not cool at all. I would not wear these colours. Dior pink Sakura is “proper” cool toned and these are the tones that suit me best. Appreciate your thorough reviews and comparisons as always - the new cool palette is a pass for me (if/when it is available in Aus) and my wallet thanks you 😊 I’ll pick up a new blush for sure though.

They are not life-changing. The primers will be online in a few weeks if you want them but I don't think they are must-haves.

I think they all look nice on fair skin but I think the corail is a big more awakening so that's my pick.

I prefer lighter softer buildable shades, something like Hermes shade #28 Rose Plume, that’s my favorite daily blush so far.
This is stronger than rose plume. It won’t make the skin yellowish though. Sounds like none of these will be perfect for you though so maybe wait for a different release.
Hi Lexi, I got the cool pallet yesterday and tried it on today. It’s not as pinkish as I was afraid it would. I guess my eyelids are a lot darker than yours.

@@LexiJong also, I don’t find the Frosty White primer very hydrating either, Lexi. The Cle de Peau the foundation sits a lot nicer on the CDP glow primer than on the Chanel Frosty White primer.
@@LexiJong and the Coral blush, I can’t help it, I have to try it before giving it to my mom. I have to say that the quality of Chanel blush does leave a lot to be desired. Once we have tried the blushes of Sisley, Suqqu, Hermes and Tom Ford, we are not impressed by the quality of Chanel blushes. Don’t you think?

The Dior lippies are pretty! I really like the pink. The promo pictures of the Les Beige palette looked so much cooler. I would be buying it for the lavender sparkle so I’ll probably pass. I really liked the darker blush on you! Is this the first release with the new Chanel creative partners?
I am not 100% sure if they were in charge of this release. I was told at first that this belonged to them but I have since heard that this one is still a transition and not solely their work. The spring collection though is definitely all them!
Hi Lexi, I have a question: the shade of the CDP lipstick the holiday version in 524 (matte) is a bit Orangy. That shade would go better with the Rose Polaire or the Coral Givre? My aunt’s BD and my mom’s BD are coming up and I am going to give them the Guerlain blossom lipstick paired with the Chanel blush Quintessen, the CDP holiday matte lipstick paired with a blush. I like to find the closest blush for that lipstick shade. Many thanks.

Lexi do you ever wear the maximizer glosses over lipstick? I bought a few two years ago but my lips have minimal pigment so the glosses don't look good on me as a standalone product. I thought that the maximizers were designed to be worn alone, but I was curious to know your thoughts.
Yes I like to put them on lipstick for a little sheen or if my lipstick is wearing off, it's a great way to revive it.
I ordered the Cool eyeshadow palette and mauve glace blush right away. I'm intrigued by Rose Polaire because while it looks like a warm coral when swatched on your arm, it looked cool pink on your cheek. I've also seen it swatched as cool pink on the arm and cool pink on the face. If it looks cool pink on my cheek, I'll buy it; will also try Coral Givre. I'm passing on the primers as I have Chanel's Illuminatrice primer as well as the Les Beiges Healthy Glow Cream in Rosy Beige, my favourite product of 2023, which perfectly smoothes the skin (it wasn't released in the US). I don't use the lip baumes, so they are an easy pass.
I didn't try the rosy beige but that looked like a great product!
@@LexiJong I was so taken by this product that I wrote to Chanel to implore them to bring it into the regular line and to make it in a bigger size. There's witchcraft in there for how youthful and natural the skin looks when wearing it.
I got a little confused with Armani 60 & 61 in regards to the mauve Chanel. I haven’t seen a 61?
There is a 61 in the powder but not sure of one in the neo nude formula. The powder 61 is a good alternative though.

Definitely wanting the LB pallet primer and maybe the coral blush . I wish I had a boutique near me, I doubt the Dillards Chanel counter has this new release and that is all that carries Chanel instore around me and I'm impatient for the online release . I can't decide if I want the ice beige or the frost primer probably don't need both. I wonder if the pallet is limited I mean it sound be permanent cause it's cool and it just adds to the other LB collection of warm intense medium and so on . Idk if it's really that cool of a pallet to call it the cool pallet 🤣in pan it looks cooler then on the skin .

I still haven't heard when they will release online. The palette is supposed to be limited from what I was told. You're right, it isn't that cool, lol. I am really hoping they do some cool purples soon. Their last purple palettes have all been rather warm for purple.

Oh that is a good comparison! The revision is awesome! I'm trying the new auteur lip balm now and will have updates on that one soon but if you are looking for a lighter version of the revision, this might fit the bill. I busted my lip last week and it's really helping it heal comfortably.

In effect the blushes seem to apply and look very similar to the Tom Ford blushes in his Soleil face palettes... I think they're baked gelee but look quite similar?
Texturally they feel different. Both are more of a baked gelee type of formula but the Tom Ford don't have that "grip" that the Chanel have and they feel a bit silkier. They apply similarly though.

The finish of fleur is more like corail givre and color-wise both rose polaire and corail givre have some similarities. I will post some photos on the community tab.

I'm disappointed the cool palette wasn't cool.
The blushes I was interested in was the polaire and mauve. They swatcher warmer but pulled cooler on your skin which is interesting.
Yes the colors are definitely interesting how the tones show up. It's very odd since, if anything, my skin is cooler on my face than my hands so you would think they would look warmer. Lol.

For me this Chanel collection is not attractive enough to make me buying. I don’t use primer and the eyeshadow is not breathtaking. The blushes have a not so nice formula and the colours are not out of this world. The coral blush might be similar with Hermes rose cuivre. 🤔
The eyeshadows from the next Chanel spring collection look interesting. I’m not sure about the pigment because on the hand they are very sheer. But will see next year.
These Dior lip maximisers are a pass for me.
