You might want to consider purchasing a ring sizer, or ring sizing kit, on Temu. They will have everything you need to measure your fingers so that you will know your finger sizes; and it may have a mandrel sizer, which is very useful if you purchase lots of rings. The mandrel will verify the size of any ring you buy, you just drop the ring on the mandrel and it will tell you what the actual size of the ring is.

You need more protein....look up foods high in protein , there also really good protein bars that r yummy....I don't eat much meat so I have to get it thru other things... hair loss is hudge if your low in protein & vitamin K and vitamin D.....😊

I believe the suspension is directly about the 10% tariffs imposed on China , if Temu had a 10% profit margin they had no choice but to cut in their programs , it’s just my opinion ❤❤❤
