those have been under lots of heat. your orange stickers tell you they have been exposed to high heat for a extended time.

The sticker on the boxes will tell you if these meals have been properly stored. If properly stored they can last as a long as 5-6 years. If frozen or stored in a fridge they can last for almost ever
