Check out the actual TV footage of the passenger jet that crashed in San Diego September 1978. Dig the debris field. There were various body parts scattered everywhere along with the metal. A jet doesn't magically fold its wings up to slide into concrete and cleanly deposit all of its victims inside to be vaporized.
