These current writers come up with the worst arcs and pairings. When Thanos was a threat due to the gauntlet...Dr Strange paired with Adam Warlock and Silver Surfer...THATS a trio, displaying both power and wisdom. Its the understanding of whats at stake is what the old writers understood, and the current writers do not. Both Strange and Surfer can manipulate matter...so Hulk was NEVER a threat on such a scale that warranted sending him to another planet. Stranges understanding of the universe as a whole made the other team members not relevant. Yes Tony and Reed are smart, by Earth standards...but Stranges intellect is on a universal scale. Todays stories copy that dbz focus on just power...never actual thought and planning. Its more focused on brute force vs battle wisdom. Its likecthe difference between Ares and Athena.

Im gonna take that as him being obnoxiously powerful and can make sound travel through a vacuum instead of a just silly writing mistake
For me they are the best team
I want a movie on sentry but done right. I want marvel to show Dc how to represent a superman like character
What? Man Of Steel was a great movie, all yall focus on is him killing Zod. Not to mention the comics, animation, video games, and the best superhero live action show of all time Smallville.
@@Sheffdawg2305 man of steel was a good movie and this coming from a marvel fan
@@joeykorleone6161 naw bruh it was bad. Dad telling son don't help me at the slight chance of revealing you might be a little bit special. This leads him to have years of self doubt never developing into the person knowing the right thing to do. Killing zod would've been the wolverine way though not the Superman way. Or rather, maybe the Zack Snyder way.
@@hc-xc7siI meant as for as a dc film it was good cuz to me Henry cavill is my definitive superman with Christopher Reeves holding a special place in my heart and I hated that part of not revealing himself never understood it, I mean I know why his dad felt like that for his son sake but I just couldn't have done it
The Illuminati worst hero group ever lol 😆
Ironman:"I'm a futurist! So let me tell you what is gonna happen, some 'person' will make a mistake and get a lot of people hurt trying to help, something NONE OF US IN THIS ROOM have eeeeever done before! Huh? Ignore the dozens of times my tech was stolen or given away and did that to normal civilians or your people Xavier. Then the news will see and play it over and over again, and some (Iron-)man may see that and go 'Let's make an example out of some big hero like Spider-man so I can get some clout!' and force him to unmask live on tv, maybe get his aunt killed, ruin his life and marriage by having him sell it to the devil to save his dying elderly aunt, and everyone is going to hate me but at least I'll win in the end... That's the future Namor!"
Namor:".. I'm out."
Dr. Strange:"Ya no, that's an awful idea Tony, I'm leaving too and never call me again."
Reed:"I thought it was a great idea, especially because it will make my wife hate me even more for the rest of our lives...I'm the smartest man in the world you know."
I can't believe the people who wrote that comic basically had Tony outline the worse case event that could happen if they DIDN'T do his plan, even specifically mentioning Spider-man in it getting unmasked, only for him to later be the person enacting that worse case event himself for the exact same reasons he said were bad.
The illuminate has been and always will be the shittiest super hero group ever, of all time.
You sound like the guy from The Roundtable
Sadly, Tony was right about the SRA.
Still less villainous than The Inhumans
In the new Dr Strange movie, they did a poor job of Black Bolt. He is defeated so easily, and he’s out of the movie within 10mins of seeing him.
@@CoolSuperBear Reed was a dumbass.
On the other hand it being because Reed screwed up seems very on brand for Richards.
"Smartest" man in the room: Here is black bolt, the strongest member of our team, who weakness is if you silence him.
Wanda: K.
@@Quetzalcoatlus100 for supposedly such a genius it seems like a lot of the big problems that happen in marvel start wirh; Reed did something stupid
@@ParanormalEncyclopedia True. Though in this instance it's not his desire for knowledge that is to blame.
Unnecessary exposition to Wanda in how to defeat blackbolt for no reason whatsoever unless he actually wanted blackbolt to die.
It's a case of a thing needing to happen thus a chess piece, reed in this instance playing his part to get another piece off the table.
Also this is also the same battle with captain marvel who just dies to a falling statue.
Little did iron man know he'd be the one to instigate the whole Civil War.
This group is terrible lol
Heard a couple of yawns lol
Namor seems pretty reasonable.
I love the Illuminati in Marvel. Just a bunch of massive egos making bad decisions.
Nothing beats starting up the group and then getting captured and tortured on their first mission. Hilarious stuff.
You hate namor, but you love namor. How.
Let's be honest. Namor and the inhumans both suck. King of fishes and King who has to shut up just don't measure up.
How’s your opinion now?
Who is disappointed about the illuminati in MOM
Mommy?
I'm more of a DC guy than Marvel, so I didn't know much about the illuminati, but it was sooo disappointing. The only sensible member was Charles. But collectively their decision making was sooo irrational.
That part was just filler and fanservice. They could have made the exposition in any other way...
Mr.F: black bolt can beat you in one punch, man.
Wanda: what punch?
Black bolt: *fucking dies*
the whole movie was trash
I feel like what happened to sentry’s memories in the comics will happen to peter Parker in the mcu
Sure you are right :)
Seems like a bunch of smart dudes making a bunch of dumb decisions.
You know people are trying to listen to this, right? I have to play you at .75x speed….
It's morbin time
