Wow expensive. I bought a Norpro 4+ years ago and very happy with it. You don't have to pay that much to get a good mandoline. I would make sure it has a guard, interchangeable blades and check for safety. They sell safety gloves which are very useful. Be careful it is very easy to cut fingers if you don't use guard. Mine does not make squares but it does do fries large and small. So I will use it to do that then slice my own cubes. The thing I use the most is the slicer mine also adjusts to different sizes.
If you know a lot of people with a lot of money, go for it. I tried it for ten years, but most of the people I knew were poor like me and wouldn't buy much

So far, all I have found are videos that go too fast, have no one speaking, and leave me going, "Wait -- what?" I will keep looking. (Not that I don't appreciate this one, but it shows too much way too fast.)
