When you get pressed think about how you would have pressed in that exact moment, for example you would anticipate players to pass from bottom to top or from top to bottom and right stick switch to cover an obvious pass, so to beat that you need to change the direction you pass sometimes, and always use r1 pass to pass between the lines, and 99 percent of players cover short passes from side to center, so avoid that completely, also thats why you should always use hug the sideline and 4321 with 1 or both fullbacks on balanced, its the easiest way to build up with the long pass, that changed my game completely, also watch ollelito build up guide from several month ago thats the best way to build up in this game

When they hard press I just lob pass to my fullbacks, always works
