Yes! More and more folks out there are starting to understand to achieve top quality results in SMP, rushing it or using bigger dots to fill in space faster = unnatural and unworthy results.
I have seen treatments where the artist has used a combination of .15 & .18mm 3RL needles really up close... and I can say its undetectable.
