"Chatty" Black Sparkly Ombre Eye

Hey City Girls,

I tried to recreate a look I did last week, I couldn’t find a picture of it. I thought I took a selfie…. But epic fail, I didn’t. Anyway, here is a tutorial on a similar look I did, which I received a bunch of compliments on. Please don’t pay attention to the clump of BLACK on one of my eyes, I should have blended a little better. Hey, we learn as we go huh???....
