This video is so helpful. Is this pretty much a smooth paddle? Is there any white water?

There are shoals in several sections of this stretch but nothing bad. It is a loooong run though.

Great video. Was intrigued by this trip. Your video helped. I really like trips where I can get out for a stretch, picnic , swim. This doesn't sound like it fits the bill.

Thanks for the comments Charlotte. Yea this is a long stretch. It is very scenic and wild and you will see a good number of eagles. Not really great pull over spots for a swim and it's a long stretch. I wish there were more access points but from my understanding it is mostly private land on that part of the river.

Was there anywhere to camp if you wanted to make it a two day trip?

Dell I didn't see anywhere to camp and from my understanding it is mostly private land until you get to the State Forest. If there was a place to camp half way, I would do it again and fish it proper, but I have decided that that is just too long of a run to make and try to fish it.

It was a good time but it was a lot more work than we were planning on due to the length of the run.
