✨Yuja Wang Plays Franz Liszt ✨ Franz Liszt (1811-1886) Three Concert Études, S. 144 *(1845-49)* 2.
She truly plays like an adult with utmost passion and feeling, which is astounding for a little girl of this age. This is a rare achievement which will not go away, however this piece is too difficult to be perfectly performed by a child, it requires perfect fingering, touch, speed, dynamics control which at this age the girl doesnt have yet. I guess she does now.
FINALLY I hear this Etude played in "the right" , this means MUSICAL speed! What a WONDERFUL performance!! Geert Dehoux, pianist. Belgian King's Prize Winner, Brussels, 1980.
She is not a genius, only a exceptional physiological phenomen, but her musicality is nothing extraordinarious, until today. She can not sing on the piano.....and she seems to have a wrist made of steal.
@fms192837465fms1 Nope. Technique is not finger speed. But finger speed is part of technique. It is not an artistic problem . Yuja Wang probably has the fastest fingers in the world right now. There is nothing wrong with this performance. It is stellar musically. But the lack of fingerspeed is apparent.
Even at this young age, Yuja plays this work with a deeper understanding than most.
How is it possible to play so well this very difficult etude at ten? Maybe she's an alien
beautiful! The unmistakable sound of a Bosendorfer Imperial played so eloquently by a young Yujia Wang.
An incredible performance. Absolute perfection.
Despite her technical limitations at this age, the musicality is stunning!
Whoever thought this was "expressionless" is staring at the pianist's face instead of closing his eyes and actually LISTENING to the music.
11 years old here.

Questo sì che è straordinario, per una bambina.

Grazia Bellezza Bravura
女神
how could this be possible at age 11....
She is possessed. An old piano master from past history has come into her body......could it be Liszt himself???
Ah ah ah
@789vbc He would consider his stuff too easy to play and rewrite it in tenths and with third trills, and lots of additional banging about... :-)
how many pieces di they make her play in one day because in at least four 7:00 pieces she is wearing the exact same outfit and has the same hair.
really 11 years old?
Pretty sure its an alien
Liszt came back as a little Chinese girl
"at", not "in", sorry.
Yuja is a genius, but the right surname is Liszt and not Listz.
She is not a genius, only a exceptional physiological phenomen, but her musicality is nothing extraordinarious, until today. She can not sing on the piano.....and she seems to have a wrist made of steal.
@@danielungermann7055 i think this is perfection...
She is 12 just saying

Thank you very much! It's been changed!

@badkid73 but you must realize that at the time of playing, she was only a child, and has the according limitations that are only overcome with age
Excellent technique. Nice to hear, but expressionless.
Compliments.
Are you deaf? (No offense, I hope, but...really.)
She was 10. Do not compare her to people like Martha Argerich.
I can’t believe anyone would say that!!!!
