Also just wanted to share an idea, from watching various d&d videos and learning about the various deities, I've had this image in my head of all the gods being like college students at a house party. Mystra would be a nerdy girl who's good at coding and she used those skills to change how magic worked when mystrill became mystra, Like a patch changing a magic system in a video game. I imagine asmo would be this charming dude looking to scheme his way to becoming class president or something. And now thanks to this episode I have the image of baphomet being grazzts step dad. So the two of them have this beef going on Like a step father and step son who don't get along. Anyway I'm done rambling now. Have a good day all. :)

Baphomet's monstrosities remind me of a chart in AD&D Monster Manual II for Hoardings. It has this random attribute table thats pretty cool, there is a PDF file for MM2 so it's easily accessible.
Felforged terminator (based on one from terminator 2) Baphomet has mortals let loose in the maze with a voice announcing they have an hour head start. the players turn around and see a 9 foot tall black red felsteel warforged in the shape of a minotaur. when it takes massive damage it melts down into a boiling pool and begins generating intense heat forcing players away. the metal then begins reshapingand draws more mass from the labyrinth becoming even bigger and more powerful on each defeat. it will also absorb corpses of anything the party defeated and left behind them, growing in power and gaining the abilities of the consumed.
