It's pretty cheap depending on where you're from and the conversion I don't know how much it costed them but my Uncle and his family built a 7 bedroom mansion for 600k that's USD though you could easily get a lot cheaper than that though for a 3 bedroom or 2 bedroom would probably be 200k or 300k
