I've been looking for a brake upgrade for my '03 330i ZHP. My biggest concern is heat. The temperatures where I live reach 46C to 49C in the summer. I have a bolt-on Hawks kit on the car now but during the summer, my brakes can get fatigued very quickly still. I feel like rotors that can dissipate that heat as quickly as possible would be the way to go for me but I'm not sure how to tell which ones would do the best job at that.
Hi, thank you for a great video. I've read on some forums, that you need to shave 1 milllimeter of each brakepad, when using T5 brakedisc, because they are 32mm think compared to the OEM BMW disc, which are 30 mm thick. What are your experince ?
