It reminded me that it’s already been three years since Storm Over Rivayle, which came out right after Fortune’s Hand, and three years since I started following you! Whether I was playing casually or competitively, your content has always been so helpful for keeping up with what’s going on. We were so close to having a Rotation with Resplendent Phoenix, though :')
Your friendly UL player reminder : as long as Throwback Rotations are last patches, Fortune's Hand is the only meta in Throwback Rotations where Artifact Scan costs 0, as the nerf to Scan was among the first nerfs of the Storm Over Rivayle meta. Have fun ! (Spoiler : i won't but i need the UL GM sleeve~)
There are multiple variants of evo sword. I run a version with 2 Fierans because it is one of the op neutral cards alongside pre-nerf Zelgenea. There weren't that many AoE back then and a Fieran board could easily snowball out of hand.
Oh this meta has so many memories (arguably the most craziest one) especially shimon performance surprise everyone with wildest choice) And control ra is truly the most funniest ever especially when artifact start to thing due they get powerful support Lucille and Ra is the most hard counter due banish and transform 😂 Ah memories, this is gonna be fun November
Ah yes, the unnerfed Zelganea nukes aggro out of existence format. As my favourite decks were Dirt, Wrath and Storm Haven I don't have the best memories of this one.
I remember playing every single meta deck in this format except AIS rune since I hated it so much haha. I switched to Thoth Hades shadow after the grand finals and stuck with that since it was so fun. Might have to come back just to relive it.

Evolve Sword was the first deck I ever played when I started in Rivayle. Nice to see it back with familiar cards.
