I took the assessment today. It provides immediate feedback about your strengths on the job, as well as providing tips on how to develop these skills. What’s Included: - A few scenario questions involving regulations (switching seats, sick passengers, standing during takeoff, not putting away devices) - A section involving resources of seat maps and amount of supplies available, with questions asking about these resources (ex: If half of this plane has blankets, how many customers would that be?) - Audio clips where you must determine the emotion of the passenger (20 second audio clip and you just determine if they are excited, scared, etc.) - A “which statement is most like you” section (picking between which of two statements you identify more with; involving work ethic, being a team player) - A section asking how your current/past supervisor would rate you (based on work ethic, attitude, attendance, etc.) - A section asking you specifics about the audio questions (ex: The person in ‘x’ scenario was asking about complimentary items. What items did he request?) You have to select all items that apply, so make sure you are listening for the details during the audio section-not just the tone/emotion! Let me know if anyone has any questions. PS, love all the tips you provide on here!
