  • Week 1, day 1 of my new training block.
    Am considering doing Kent's Strongest Man 2024 in September in Gravesend so am starting the training now for it.
    Got 3 months to prepare.
    Axle Clean and push press
    Axle Clean and strict press
    Powell Raises
    Close Grip Incline Board Press
    Lu Raise
    Concept 2 Rowing Machine

    I'm here for the pressing arc! Hoping you do the comp and maybe you could even grab clips from it.

      Thanks. Yeah I'll definitely video it. One of my sisters will probably be there and record it for me. I did videos of all the other ones.

    Hyped about your new training block on another note I failed my attempt at the 500lbs deadlift couldn't even break it of the ground im gonna try again in another 2 months

      Thanks man and sorry to hear about the Deadlift. Yeah 2 months sounds good. That's what I did when I failed and I got it so sure you will too. Good luck man. Let us know how you get on.

    great vidz my friend glen where are u based?? i am practicing powerlifting strongman my self but here in our country Pakistan unfortunately sadly there no scope trend for it :( cheerz buddy good pullz

    Rowing machines invented by Satan! I need to improve cardio I’ve had three runs across my field each has improved with each run.
