- Breathe in, breathe out
Water envelops my body
Joining beauty all around
Lace white forms float past me
In this new world I have found
How does nature create this
an art of love beyond dreams
I want to remain here forever
in this watery world of peace
Touching, drifting past me
Tails like feathers to my skin
Breaking the surface of water
Feeling warm the sun draws in
Blue lips glow in orange coral
Flick out of sight as I approach
Silver streams of water
searching in rocks
Like mercury, they touch me
très beau, relax, j'avais 20 ans en 1990. I was young. Thanks.
I love this, it's so poignant and echoey. One of the main parts of the song is some guitar that goes under the radar of most people because it sounds like a synth, he's using volume swells there, it's very classy and the chords he uses sound neither happy or sad adding to their aethereal other worldy sound. The guitar solo is amazing. I think the Porcupine Tree and Ozrics comparisons are certainly germane, I don't know of many other rock bands who could use electronica and ambient sounds to such terrific effect. Stacked up was a versatile and truly amazing album.
Finally, someone who thinks of Porcupine Tree. At first hearing I actually thought Steven Wilson was playing.
Timeless
this song is a stress relief for me.
