This is an idyllic spot for basking in the sun, as the Pool Area enjoys a full 10 hours of sunlight each day during Summer, ensuring absolute privacy for those who simply wish to soak up the sun's golden embrace without the worry of prying eyes.
The house was sympathetically updated and renovated in 2023, maintaining that Spanish charm with modern twists. This beautiful house comprises two lounges, three dining areas, and three seating areas, providing you and your family plenty of space to spread out and relax. When lunchtime beckons, you needn't wander far from your sunbed. There's a spacious poolside terrace complete with a gas BBQ, and you can make use of the fully equipped kitchen directly adjacent to the terrace, perfectly designed for poolside alfresco dining. The poolside ‘Chill Out Lounge’ has a 55” TV and comfortable chairs, making it the ideal place for you and your family to escape the midday sun.
