Yup and this made me feel really bad so now I’m going back to my unfinished drawings folder and finishing them. Giving them each a story and personality. Giving them a name.
And I now have found out that I was working on a Undertale AU but gave up once I couldn’t come up with a name but I didn’t have the heart to throw it away. (The characters I found drawing of were Sans, Nabstablook, and Papyrus) They had personalities though at least, I wrote them down on the back of the paper they were drawn on. But now I’m working on that AU again! Still don’t have a name.

This is just a thought, but what if the Ink from before he ripped apart his soul isn’t actually the Ink we know? Basically, Ink was supposed to die when his soul was ripped apart, but he didn’t, and he lost all of his memories of his life with a soul. A soul is, well, a soul; it’s the person you are, not some sort of organ, so even if he is still alive, without the soul he can’t be considered the same person anymore. Basically, what if his old spirit DID die, but his body continued to live, creating a shell of a person. The body eventually started to develop intelligence on its own, sort of like an AI. He evolved to have his own thoughts and opinions, and when he was able to feel emotions he turned what was nothing but a shell into a fully-functioning person. Basically, it’s like Ink’s body was owned by two people, when one died, the other was born, meaning that the Ink before he ripped apart his soul and the Ink now are two separate entities, not two stages of ones life that was forgotten.

Where the entity that is controlling his body is everyone in the fandom at once. (In a sense) The vials are basically our creativity and without it he is going back to being an empty corpse. It’s like a doll or a robot running out of battery. And Comyet he is a fourth wall breaker character, that for him it’s just a game so he is enjoying things, AUs and seeing characters exactly like the way we do.
We would enjoy their happiness like their suffering cuz for us it’s just stories,exactly like Ink. It’s like he is the embodiment of all of us.
