I'm late, but praise God for guiding me to this video. My life as a Christian has been driven by fear of going to hell. Lord forgive me of my sins and grant me the strength to spread your word to my loved ones and people around me so that we may join you in the millenium reign on earth. God bless you all 🕊
I feel like this alot if the time, but understand that finding Christ and believing, being given salvation through grace, and being annointed with The Holy Spirit are the most freeing things we can receive as finite humans. Change your perspective and receive your salvation with joy and let the fear go!! You are saved!! 365 times it says "Do Not Fear" in the Bible! One for each day of the year!!
The pastor isn't fully covering conditionalism. There are many many passages that align with that understanding. Your comment here is a great example of the problem with the viewpoint of everlasting torture. Do you really have free will if you are under threat of perpetual, everlasting torment? A 20 year old on earth that passes prematurely from an OD because of some childhood trauma ruined his mental health is not condemned to perpetual torment? Is that the biblical god? Or is that the christian preachers using fear as a control mechanism. An forcing you to live in anxiety?
I have free will to choose where I will spend eternity all Praise to a righteous and fair God. He will not interfere with your choice. He just tells us of the two choices we have. Your choice! We are all sinners on our way to Hell. He loves us so much He made a way for us to not so there🙌🙌🙌 That's not scary, that's the Blessed Hope!
@joanhoskins966 It's not much of a choice to burn forever and ever or obey? Having a weapon up to one's head doesn't leave much ability to choose. The crux of your comment is absolutely ridiculous and clearly all logic is blinded by your fanatical belief on a secondary biblical principle that isn't really that important to one's relationship with God. But go on. Keep praising God that people are burning in hell.
You’re a phenomenal teacher/Preacher Pastor Nolan. I wish I could take Bobby’s old position and be your assistant! I’m so grateful God allowed me to find you here on YT. It’s been amazing!
❤ขอบคุณมากเลยค่ะ อาจารย์ Nolan 🎉 I’m from Thailand , your teaching is make me understand better and better Thank you 🙏 May the Lord Jesus continue to blessings you Amen 🎉
Matthew 10:28 Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can DESTROY BOTH SOUL AND BODY in hell.
That's the only scripture you have to say you believe in annihilationism? What if God's destruction of the soul is ongoing, never ending? And how do you know that's not a mistranslation? What about all the other scriptures that point toward eternal torment? And have you ever noticed how those to teach annihilationism aren't really sure about their teaching? They are just philosophizing and making up their own ideas so that their soul can be comforted, rather than believing they burn in hell forever. In the end of days there will be people heaping unto themselves false doctrines, and false teachers.
@@ImprovforGodsglory IT is God's mercy to destroy the goats, the unrepentant, and unbeliever in the Lake of Fire so as to spare them from suffering any longer from the torment they have gone through the outer darkness/ hades / grave before they faced the White Throne Judgment.
what I'm afraid of is losing my salvation every time I'm angry with someone. when I am I feel such guilt for not liking them I spend time asking forgiveness and forgiving them. I'm in terror if I'm angry and die then I'll lose my salvation and go to he'll. my fear of where God will send me is more stressful than daily life.
Be angry and do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger, and give no opportunity to the devil." (Ephesians 4:26-27) Jesus got angry. So did Paul and Peter. Just don't nurse it or do wrong because of it.
God id NOT going to send you to an ever-burning Hell! You are doing just t what Jesus told you to do, Ask for forgiveness. You shoud NOT feel guilty - Please.! Getting angry is natural, its human!! And you dont have tp like every or even love them, just be kind and forgiving. I think you are in good standing with God and Jesus!
Thank God for He led me to your teachings! I still watch the teachings of Chuck Missler! Oh...& I watch Amir Tsarfati! God's protection over you & all who yours! I pray His protection over all men(Et all) who preach/teach the Holy Bible! I look forward to meeting all of my/our Spiritual Brethren! Maranatha!☺🙏💓
No Jesus didn't pay for the sins in Hell for 3 days, he paid for it on the cross, not in Hell. On the cross, he said, it is finished, not in Hell. On the cross the vail was rent in two, not in Hell
Exactly and he is right hell is a holding cell before the great white throne judgement but hell is not a place of fire it is simply nothing but Hades or "the grave".
What the Bible is telling us is that the life will not be extinguished until everything is burned up. Isn't it interesting that the best known text says, God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten so that whosoever believeth in him should not PERISH but have Everlasting life. Yet these false teachers have it that no one is going to Perish but that everyone is going to have eternal life, some in heaven and other in hell! How bizarre is this fake Christianity?
@@mountuplikeaneagle that word Jesus spoke was Gehenna, a real physical place in Jerusalem where the trash went to get burned up and disposed of. Eventually when there is no more trash the fire goes out. Gehenna still exists today In Jerusalem and it is no longer a city fire dump. The worm? Does one worm eat trash or do many worms eat trash? The worm is not what you think it is at all. Psalm 22:6 references the messiah as being a worm. The worm that consumes the evil of men. God is the all consuming fire,
Thus was my 1st time with cornerstone fellowship, and I was deeply move on how well you explained the 3 groups of believers, narrow it down closer to my believe Lord and Savior Jesys Christ, thank you pastor and God keep Blessing you fir ever and ever.
After listening to your message I became a universalist,...I never understood the concept before. You explained it well and I love it. Eternal torment always bothered me, made God out like the king in Daniel who threw the three boys in the furnace, " Bow down to me or I'll throw you into a furnace." What a horrible king, my King isn't like that.
Ohh oh okay. So you think being a universalist is a good thing? How stupid can you be and you think that God won't send you to hell? Especially if you don't believe in Hell well guess what Hell is eternal everlasting punishment and you will be cast into the eternal Lake of fire of hell which is the second death and there's No annihilation and I'm afraid that Hell is eternal and everlasting torment and it does say that they will be tormented day and Night forever and ever and their smoke will go up from their torment forever and ever and you are very foolish for Not believing that God will send people to hell especially when he says he will and it's in Revelations and I wouldn't want to be a universalist if I were you and how foolish are you and you think you won't go to hell believing that way you will.
Universalist would have to literally ignore the rest of the Bible where it talks about the great white throne judgment and people going to the lake of fire. He did come for the sins of the world but that doesn’t mean that everybody wants salvation. Many people hate the idea of God and want nothing to do with him. Plus, if universalist believe that everyone’s sins are forgiven then you could do whatever you wanted. You could murder, rape, steal, etc… and not even give a crap about being good or loving God and still go to heaven? No that’s not how it works. The Bible is very clear that the only way to heaven is belief in the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Then you serve the wrong king. God isn't a tyrant, but a truly loving, holy, and just God. He gave His Son to keep us OUT of hell! It's on each of us to decide on whether we go there or not. Not on Him! Get it right and keep your FEELINGS to yourself, bc they have no place on God's decisions.
The fact that he thinks the entire case for conditional immortality rests on 1 Timothy 6:15-16 alone means this is a worse than average explanation, at least of conditional immortality.
I really like listening to Pastor Allen’s teaching. It has changed my perspective entirely, i feel more committed to living for Jesus now. Thanks for uploading these videos.
From uk bless you brother..Great sermon...there is confusion among Christians because the gossip is taught in bits and pieces and not on hell repentance sin..
Pastor Good message, you Empower me more l have been Evangelism one on One, when l talk to group of people in Public, lost Souls, Dear Friends in-Christ,we Must Warn lost Souls, we Must Care about Lost Souls?
Is unbelievable how many people in the comments after listening to this video still believe that they have a second chance of eternal life after dieing as people who rejected Jesus at the time of their death 😳 😢 Jesus Christ give them wisdom 🙏
Can someone please tell me if you need to be baptised (as well as except Jesus Christ) to get into heaven please? Im so worried about it as I haven’t been baptised and i am registered disabled so getting to church regularly is too difficult for me due to pain after so many failed operations. Please please can someone tell me? Thank you 🙏🏽❤️💙
I’m so late on this, but praise the Lord, our God 🙏 Praise Jesus for giving his life to purchase freedom for us, to open up the door to Heaven for those that choose to believe in him, and to allow people to be with the Lord in Heaven. When I was small, my mother taught me that salvation was earned by works. She taught me that if I was to be a good person, that I would enter Heaven and that if I were a bad person, that I would enter Hell. I've come to believe this for so long, and I’m glad that I found out about Jesus dying for us. For so long I was lost about whether to worship Jesus or to worship God, but I've come to see that Jesus IS God. Jesus is the son of the Lord, and Jesus IS the Lord. Jesus is my Lord and my savior, and I’m happy to follow in his tracks for he is the one that has saved me. I shall repent from sin and turn to the Lord, for I wish to inherit his kingdom and experience the beauties prepared for me. I wish to reign for 1000 year's with the Lord on Earth, and I wish to be there to see the New Jerusalem fall from the sky by the works of God, where he shall wipe the tears of those who have so and my sin shall be remembered no more. Lord, please deliver me from the sin of this world, for I cannot fight this battle alone. I accept that I need you, and I accept your sacrifice for me. 🙏
Excellent observation. So many of the comments I read, reveal the people’s ignorance of the Bible. I suggest you watch, David Bercot video on U - Tube entitled, “ Where do we go after we die” He has several teaching videos of what the early Christians believed. This guy knows nothing. God bless.
The judgement seat of Christ happens between the catching up ("rapture") and the events of revelation 4. Notice how the saints in rev. 4 have crowns; those were given at the Bema seat judgement of Christ. It's a separate event from the white throne judgement.
Thanks a lot for these "series of videos", it has really opened my mind to a lot of things i misunderstood before for example like the notion that a lot of Christians believe that when you die your body and soul is resurrected immediately after you die but that's not true, your soul go to heaven when you die as a believer in Jesus Christ and your body waits till Jesus returns for his saints "body" to be resurrected and joined with our soul and if you're an unbeliever, your soul goes to hell and your "body" remains in the ground until the "Judgement Day" when everyone would be judged according to their works, except for the Christians Because Jesus Christ Paid For all our sins and Our we will also be rewarded by Our Good works, But we are not Saved by works but by Grace through Faith in Christ Jesus. Thanks A Lot Once More for the Sermons
1 Corinthians 15:1-4 King James Version 15 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; 2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. 3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
SCRATCH THIS. > the translation of Sheol and Hades as "hell" when both words obviously mean "the grave." Everyone went to Sheol/Hades when they died, not just the wicked. King David said that God would be with him when he made his bed in Sheol. Other psalmists, the sons of Korah, said that God would redeem their souls from Sheol. Job asked to be hidden from suffering in Sheol. Ezekiel prophesied that all Israel would be resurrected and saved, but Israel himself said that he would be reunited with his son Joseph in Sheol. It is more than obvious that they were speaking of dying and going to the grave, not hell. And the Greek Hades was not "hell" either, because it contained heavenly regions such as the Elysian Fields and the Blessed Isles. The Greek hell was not Hades, but Tartarus. However, by the time the KJV was produced, the English word "hell" (which has connotations of a place that is hidden) had become confused with Sheol/Hades (which were also hidden places, but not places where everyone suffered). gehenna (a place at the bottom of a high ledge at the south end of Jerusalem where garbage and dead bodies were dumped and burned). Tartarus is the place where certain sinful angels are presently kept bound. This specific Greek word is only used once in the New Testament. It has no reference to the final destination of the wicked, or hell. Tartarus is not even the final destination of angels.
Correct. I have real issues with this umbrella term called "hell". Hell is defined as Sheol, Tartarus, Gehenna, and Hades. They do not all mean the same thing. For example, Gehenna is the cursed Valley of Hinom. It is a real location. I don't know how he connected the dots to frame Gehenna as the Lake of Fire. Hell does not exist in the Torah. Try talking to someone practicing Judaism about hell. David did not say God would be with him in "hell". That is a clear mistranslation. He's talking about the pit/grave. I really like how Thomas Talbott dissects the position of hell. 1) God is love and wants to reconcile the world to himself. 2) God is sovereign and has absolute power 3) eternal hell/annihilation Calvanism rejects position 1 and hold positions 2 and 3. God is all powerful, but He does not love all of His creation, as most of mankind is destined for annihilation (predeterminism). Arminians reject 2 and hold positions 1 and 3. God loves all, and desires to save all, but man has free will that supercedes God's power, thus God is not all powerful. Christian Universalists reject 3 and hold positions 1 and 2. God loves all, desires to save all, and nothing will deny His promise or desire. If position 3 is correct, then either position 1 or 2 is false. God either can't save all or won't save all. However, this is a real conundrum, as positions 1 and 2 are Orthodox theologies in and of themselves. There are mountains of scripture to support position 1. There are mountains of scripture to support position 2. Position 3 is mostly hyperbole, symbolism, and parables. Conclusion: whatever position 3 is...it cannot be in contrast with either position 1 (love) or 2 (power). I would say position 3 is the LOF and that it is used for purification. This view does not violate or conflict with position 1 or 2. It supports them. I would say the LOF is for correction...and that this correction is permanent/eternal in effect (not duration) before God is all in all.
@@johndalton1043 I totally agree. After researching the early history of the church, and digging into the Hebrew and Greek translations, I learned that Jesus died on the cross to save mankind from eternal death. That all of mankind will be saved from eternal death. And yes the lake of fire, God's divine lake of purifying fire is for correction that leads to repentance and purification.
When Christ returns in the clouds to resurrect sleeping (dead) believers and rapture living believers is when saints will receive their crowns of life and immortality
What does this bible verse mean below? Fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell”
Matthew 10:28 says, "And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell." The word "soul" in this context implies "the capacity to live." That is, another human being may be able to take away our life, but we still have the capacity to live again. God can always bring us back to life in the resurrection. So, though we naturally fear people who can cause our physical death, Jesus was giving us the true, eternal perspective. We should not fear man, but God. Why? God has the authority to deny bringing us back to life-destroying the capacity to live ever again. "Hell" in this verse refers to the gehenna garbage heap fire burning in the valley outside of Jerusalem. It's symbolic of what the Bible calls "the lake of fire." If we die "the second death" in the lake of fire, there remains no hope of a resurrection (Revelation 21:8). If we fear-reverence and obey-God, we don't need to fear men.
Whats the purpose of the books or even the holding cell of hell if all unbelievers are resurrected to be thrown into the exact same punishment-the lake of fire?
For the wages of sin is DEATH but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. There are a lot more verses than one explaining the conditionalist.
Why nobody understands the meaning of perish? Why does the verse not say: For the wages of sin is eternal life in torture in hellfire, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
You didn't mention Matthew 10:28 "And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul; rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell" Or Ecclesiastes 9:10 "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might, for there is no work or thought or knowledge or wisdom in Sheol, to which you are going."
Pastor Allen, do the unbelievers know they are in hell in a temporary place, do they realize GOD is real? Also do the believers know their soul is in heaven? What goes on in heaven while the believers souls are there? God bless you Pastor 🙏 ❤️
HELL IS ETERNAL I DO NOT WANT ANY BODY TO GO THERE BUT MOST PEOPLE WILL IT IS TERRIBLE THE WORST THING THAT THERE IS AND MOST BE DO NOT KNOW THE TRUTH AND THEY DO NOT WANT TO KNOW IT
So I have a question... During the church age if a Believer has sinned (like murder..something bad) he still goes to Heaven since he’s a Believer??? If you verbally accept Jesus as your savior & believe he died for our sins & was born of a virgin but you have really bad sins you still go to Heaven?? (Yes I’m confused 😩😩)
@@allennolan So basically as long as a person confesses/accepts Jesus is Lord & believes it they can do anything (sin wise) & still go to Heaven.... That seems off to me.
@@philipbuckley759 There are different levels in heaven, for example. The murder who repents will go to heaven but not in the same level as say ( Mother Theresa ) .
@@carmelapecora5459 , That's incorrect. All sin is forgiven and forgotten by God if you gave truly been saved. Your slate is wiped clean forever. Jesus died for all our future sins as well as our past sins. That's part of why he said "It is finished" on the cross.
If there are two divisions of Sheol, one for the righteous and one a place of torment, then that suggests additional, pre-judgement punishment. If that were true, why wouldn't we be warned about it? It's never mentioned. Jesus and other writers warn us continually about punishment on the Day of the Lord (with the Lake of Fire), but never once add that we're also going to be punished in Sheol prior to that.
Seriously, what about the rich man and lazarus? Jesus doesn't talk for the fun of it. He taught us that for a reason, and it doesn't change bc of our desires and feelings.
NIV: His love endures forever. ESV: His steadfast love endures forever. NLT: His faithful love endures forever. KJV: For his mercy endureth forever. NKJ: For His mercy endures forever. NAS: For His faithfulness is everlasting. LSV: for His kindness is for all time. Psalm 136
When Jesus Himself told the thief he'd be with Him this day in paradise. Which met up with previous teachings of Abraham's bosom in the Old Testament. But when Jesus ascended, He brought the believers with Him to heaven, where they are with Him today. Since Jesus went up into heaven and we go to where He is..taadaa! Read Paul's teaching on to be away from the body is to be present with the Lord. We must read God's word after asking Him to guide us through understanding it.
Have you ever preached the word on Family Radio? You'll find Pastor Collins and Pastor Alistar Beggs. I'll tune them in when I'm don't feel like listening to music. Good Pastoring and nice music too. Thank you for this video. I'm sure it will open up some eyes and save a lot of Souls. I used to watch my good friend Dr. Jack Van Impe, may he be in Heaven and he preached about Hell with vim and vigor, which most churches today don not preach about. Peace be with you.
2 Timothy 3:7 example: he used the phrase "in Christ" several times, but how does one get into Christ? Believe the gospel, 1 Corinthians 15:3-4, then one is sealed when they believe, Ephesians 1:12-14. Finally, see 1 Corinthians 12:12-13 [baptized, not water but spiritual baptism]. We must rightly divide 2 Timothy 2:14-16.
So that means it is all made by Jews and Christians? Cause a simple question… if people go there after death… then how do YOU know about it and how do the people know about it that wrote that books? can you please explain it to me? btw i’m not in any religion!!!
No, God, the creator of all things, including you and me, gave us the truth. He did that through the use of the Hebrew/Jewish people. Then, He had them write it all down. That way, we learn the truth, since satan is out here working so hard on keeping as many people blind and on their way to hell as possible. That's why satan created ALL other religions...and why Jesus HATES religion. He even went off on some of the Jewish elders who misused what He taught us for their own gain. All God wants is to have a faithful, loving, and trustful relationship with each one of us. He created us andcwants us to be with Him forever and ever. He gave us knowledge of the past, present, and future. And He gave us instructions on how to live and protect ourselves from the enemy who only wants to destroy us. So, God is real, and He loves you. Talk to Him. Tell Him your fears, frustrations, sadness, happiness, and ask Him your questions. It's truly amazing to see how He answers our questions. I love talking about my Lord.
“Condemned” does not mean “sent to burn forever.” That is an interpretation. In fact, it’s not true that “condemned means condemned,” and someone who can read the Greek New Testament should know that. The Greek word can also be translated as “judged”, and it is translated that way elsewhere. Therefore the way this word is translated (and the baggage that comes with the translated word) depends on the translator. We know from Isaiah that when God’s judgments are oh the earth, the people of the world learn righteousness. Also, he is ignoring the fact that the knees of *everyone* will bow to Jesus, to the glory of God. Is it to the glory of God for Him to throw His creation (created in His image) into an endlessly burning furnace? Think about that, and remember that God takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked, and His ways are higher (meaning more merciful - Isaiah 55) than ours.
Well you are wrong about that and yes Hell is eternal everlasting Hell and you are the one is misinterpreting the bible because you don't want to believe that there's a Hell but I'm afraid that there is
@@caseyoliver165 look up the real meanings of the Greek words. Translators translated and interpreted according to traditional creeds rather than the true meanings. Study church history and you will see that the idea of endless torment became the predominant view only around the time of Augustine. In the early centuries, there were more Christian schools that believed in universal salvation than believed in annihilation or endless torment. Consider the fact that God never once warned anyone of endless torment in the Old Testament. Of course I don’t want endless torment to be true. Do you? Thank God it is not true. God’s mercy endures forever. His anger lasts but a moment, but the riches of His grace will be unfolding throughout the ages to come. God is love. Love does not torture anyone, much less forever.
Repent of your sins and be baptized (Immersed) in water and receive the Holy Spirit. Acts 2:38 ….A person must be born again/born from above. Jesus is indeed the way, the only way. Please listen to Pastor Allen and be a doer of God’s word and escape hell, You will be glad you did.
No he didn't. He explained it plainly. It's constantly being purposefully twisted bc of people's feelings and desires. God doesn't rule according to our wants.
There were a couple people that died, and were brought back to life by Jesus while he was teaching on earth. How does that work if you only are to die once? A couple guys didn’t even die and were taken to heaven. I believe what you say by when you die you’re in the smoking or not smoking sections forever.
Everyone's soul was created b4 the foundation of the earth it wasn't created on your birthday and will live on after your body dies, we will all relize that when we hear that VOICE that says (COME UP HERE)
Luke 16 is a parable. Matthew 13:13 13 Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand.
Some of Jesus' lesser known teachings on the afterlife … These 2 go together: "The Father loves the Son and has given all things into his hand." (John 3:35) "All that the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never cast out" (John 6:37) "I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all people to myself." (John 12:32) "You [God] have given him [Jesus] authority over all flesh, to give eternal life to all whom you have given him [Jesus]." (John 17:2) Jesus also mentions a new mother's "joy that a human being has come into the world" in John 16:21. Why would Jesus say this if most newborns will end up in hell forever?
Yes, Hebrews 9:27 says we will all be judged after we die. But it doesn't rule out purification and salvation following a negative judgment. And, according to three other verses, in the end all knees will bow and all tongues will confess that God/Jesus is Lord (Rom. 14:11, Phil 2:10-11, Isa. 45:22-25). In the two NT verses, the Greek word for "confess," _exomologeomai,_ is also used by Christ to praise His Father in Matthew 11:25 & Luke 10:21. It's never used in any verse to mean forced praise, which is what traditionalists such as Allen Nolan are forced by their eternal conscious torment belief to argue it can mean here. The implications are enormous. "Refined in the Lake of Fire" by The Total Victory of Christ connects the dots (15 minutes).
The Lake of Fire IS "the Second Death..." Yet this pastor teaches the Second Death means sinners will live forever. The souls is NOT immortal. There are NUMEROUS Bible verses, not just one, that state this.
Please provide a scripture that says when a person dies they go to heaven to be with the lord right after death…. According to the rapture theory the dead in Christ will rise,,,, if the dead in Christ are already with Christ HOW CAN THEY THEN RISE??????? Mixed up theology
Try watching all of pastor Allen’s videos on the rapture and the glorification video. He does a good job of e planning things. 2 Corinthians 5:8 ESV Yes, we are of good courage, and we would rather be away from the body and at home with the Lord. Hebrews 9:27 ESV And just as it is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment, 2 Corinthians 5:1-8 ESV For we know that if the tent that is our earthly home is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. For in this tent we groan, longing to put on our heavenly dwelling, if indeed by putting it on we may not be found naked. For while we are still in this tent, we groan, being burdened-not that we would be unclothed, but that we would be further clothed, so that what is mortal may be swallowed up by life. He who has prepared us for this very thing is God, who has given us the Spirit as a guarantee. ... Philippians 1:23 ESV I am hard pressed between the two. My desire is to depart and be with Christ, for that is far better. Luke 23:43 ESV And he said to him, “Truly, I say to you, today you will be with me in Paradise.”
I’ve moved away from the dispensational premillenial view this pastor hold to a reformed post mil view, but so far enjoying his explanation (only about 5 mins in as I’m commenting this)
Church will be caught up first. Anything other than the catching up ("rapture") BEFORE the time of Jacob's trouble is Roman Catholic doctrine (see catechism 675). The true catching up destroys romanism. The false "pre wrath" teaching was first postulated by Marvin Rosenthal in 1996 and is also easily refuted by scripture. Arguments: 1. The purpose of the tribulation period is for Israel. Daniel 9: 20-24. It's called the time of Jacob's trouble. Jer 30: 4-7 2. There are no references to the church in scripture during the tribulation period. Revelation 4: 22 etc. 3. The church is promised exemption from divine wrath. 1 thess 1: 10 ; Rom 5: 9 ; Rev 3: 10 4. The catching up is a comfort. 1 thess 4: 18 5. The antichrist cannot come to power until him who letteth is removed. 2 thess 2: 7 6. God does not pour out judgement on righteous people. See the symbolic parallels in 2 peter 2: 5 etc 7. There are saints in heaven, wearing crowns, before the tribulation period starts. These crowns are given at the judgement seat of Christ (rom 14: 10). 8. Converts in the tribulation period are living in another dispensation. Rev 14: 12 9. Church age believers cannot be placed in a situation where it's possible to take the mark of the beast because we are sealed with the Spirit until the day of redemption Eph 4: 30 and guaranteed salvation John 10: 29 Nothing can separate us from the love of God, Romans 8: 38-39 yet taking the mark of the beast clearly will do just that, revelation 14: 9-11. Without the mark of the beast (rev 13: 16) nobody can buy or sell but a christian must provide for his family (1 tim 5: 8) so if the church were on earth in the time of Jacob's trouble, what is a christian to do? God is not the author of confusion 1 Cor 14: 33 10. Matthew 24 is not written to the church (see matthew 23: 37) but to the jews (see references to the keeping of the commandments) in the last 7 years. Also: no mention of resurrection of dead saints in matthew 24, Mark 13, Luke 17, Luke 21, because these verses are about the 2nd advent. Compare them to 1 Cor 15: 52, 1 Thes 4: 16. The resurrection of the dead was already revealed by Jesus in John 11: 25-26 before it was revealed to Paul who wrote 1 Corinthians and 1 Thessalonians. Why then did Jesus not mention the dead being resurrected in Matthew 24, Mark 13, Luke 17 + 21..? Because there are two separate events: the catching up of the church and the 2nd advent of Christ. 11. Verses like 1 Corinthians 1: 3, 2 Corinthians 1: 2 and Galatians 1: 3 would become lies when Jesus breaks the 2nd seal in Revelation 6: 4 and peace is taken from the earth, while the church is still on earth. 12. 1 Cor 15: 51 says " 1 Corinthians 15:51 (KJV) Behold, I shew you a mystery; ....". If Matthew 24 were about the catching up, it wouldn't be a mystery. God bless.
So, i've looked through Scripture to try to find when God created us, that He *gave us* a soul. So i read in Genesis 2:7, when God formed man, He made him, 'of the dust of the ground...' that's it...nothing else & he/we still wasn't alive, until, "...He breathed into his nostils the breath of life..." and then, man, "...*became* a living soul.' Wouldn't it be prudent for us to hold to what text says from the beginning? How is it that most of us have come to believe that we have a soul? How can we believe that 'souls' are immortal, when the Bible plainly says, '...the soul that sinneth, it shall die.' What does 'die' mean? Pastor, do you realize that you're preaching a doctrine of Satan? God said, that if they/we would die, but you are saying that, we 'shall not surely die...'(Genesis 3:4) Doesn't the Bible teach that the Lake of Fire, will be ON this earth, after the 1000 years? 'But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men....Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?'(2 Peter 3:7, 12) 'And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them. And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.'
@@ChildOfTheOneTrueAlmightyGod So, God’s Word says that 1-man has an immortal soul🤔(…what does “die” even mean?…); 2-that those that rebel against God, are to be tortured in 🔥 for all eternity, even after all things are become new🤔 Why do you believe these things, if God, Himself, never said them? Satan said we don’t die & you believe him over God! Shame on you! You know how many folks hate God, cuz people preach this mess??? Me neither! But I can tell you that I hated Him, before I came to know of this, what you call, “twisted truth”.
25:00 No, that's not true. Conditionalist do not base the mortality of the soul on only that one verse. There is also matthew 10:28 and 1 cor 15 the whole chapter. And besides that the countless verses that speak about perish, destruction, and the 2nd death we believe refer also to the soul.

Great teaching
Matthew 10:28
Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul.
Amen to that my brother! GOD is just!

Amen brother!

Good message! Thank you, Pastor!

why is the book of life opened at the judgement seat of Christ if it’s only unbelievers being judged?
Excellent observation. So many of the comments I read, reveal the people’s ignorance of the Bible. I suggest you watch, David Bercot video on U - Tube entitled, “ Where do we go after we die” He has several teaching videos of what the early Christians believed. This guy knows nothing. God bless.
Matt 25: 31-46 let that sink in.
The judgement seat of Christ happens between the catching up ("rapture") and the events of revelation 4. Notice how the saints in rev. 4 have crowns; those were given at the Bema seat judgement of Christ. It's a separate event from the white throne judgement.

Thanks a lot for these "series of videos", it has really opened my mind to a lot of things i misunderstood before for example like the notion that a lot of Christians believe that when you die your body and soul is resurrected immediately after you die but that's not true, your soul go to heaven when you die as a believer in Jesus Christ and your body waits till Jesus returns for his saints "body" to be resurrected and joined with our soul and if you're an unbeliever, your soul goes to hell and your "body" remains in the ground until the "Judgement Day" when everyone would be judged according to their works, except for the Christians Because Jesus Christ Paid For all our sins and Our we will also be rewarded by Our Good works, But we are not Saved by works but by Grace through Faith in Christ Jesus. the translation of Sheol and Hades as "hell" when both words obviously mean "the grave."
Everyone went to Sheol/Hades when they died, not just the wicked.
2) God is sovereign and has absolute power
3) eternal hell/annihilation
Calvanism rejects position 1 and hold positions 2 and 3.
No
@@johndalton1043 I totally agree. After researching the early history of the church, and digging into the Hebrew and Greek translations, I learned that Jesus died on the cross to save mankind from eternal death. When Christ returns in the clouds to resurrect sleeping (dead) believers and rapture living believers is when saints will receive their crowns of life and immortality
Its so fascinating what some people can come up with with one verse when ignoring the context of it.
Where does the Bible say explicitly that people have immortal soul? Thx.
Study the use of the words eternal, eternally, and forever and ever in the Bible. It might help you out
weren't the old testament saints resurrected with Jesus, the "First Fruits?" 7:26 min.
What does this bible verse mean below?
Fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell”
Matthew 10:28 says, "And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell."
The word "soul" in this context implies "the capacity to live." That is, another human being may be able to take away our life, but we still have the capacity to live again.

If there are two divisions of Sheol, one for the righteous and one a place of torment, then that suggests additional, pre-judgement punishment. If that were true, why wouldn't we be warned about it? It's never mentioned.
Repent of your sins and be baptized
(Immersed) in water and receive the
Holy Spirit. Acts 2:38 ….A person

Jesus is indeed the way, the only way.
Please listen to Pastor Allen and be a
doer of God’s word and escape hell,
You will be glad you did.
Why do you celebrate Christmas and Easter?
Fear him who can DESTROY both body and SOUL in hell, you over looked that verse
No he didn't. He explained it plainly. It's constantly being purposefully twisted bc of people's feelings and desires. God doesn't rule according to our wants.
There were a couple people that died, and were brought back to life by Jesus while he was teaching on earth. How does that work if you only are to die once? A couple guys didn’t even die and were taken to heaven. I believe what you say by when you die you’re in the smoking or not smoking sections forever.
Everyone's soul was created b4 the foundation of the earth it wasn't created on your birthday and will live on after your body dies, we will all relize that when we hear that VOICE that says (COME UP HERE)
So off
Luke 16 is a parable.
Matthew 13:13
13 Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand.
What was the purpose for flashing devil
👿🤘 horns hand gesture at 34:17 of the video ??
Some of Jesus' lesser known teachings on the afterlife …
These 2 go together:
"The Father loves the Son and has given all things into his hand." (John 3:35)
"All that the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never cast out" (John 6:37)
"I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all people to myself." (John 12:32)
"You [God] have given him [Jesus] authority over all flesh, to give eternal life to all whom you have given him [Jesus]." (John 17:2)
Jesus also mentions a new mother's "joy that a human being has come into the world" in John 16:21. Why would Jesus say this if most newborns will end up in hell forever?
Believe the gospel 1st Corinthians 15:1-4 is salvation for this dispensation of Grace
Nooe. Lies.
That LAKE OF FIRE is not temporary
The Lake of Fire IS "the Second Death..." Yet this pastor teaches the Second Death means sinners will live forever. The souls is NOT immortal. There are NUMEROUS Bible verses, not just one, that state this.
Where do people get these soul sleep nonsense doctrine from?
Poor hermeneutics or lack thereof.
Satan
Please provide a scripture that says when a person dies they go to heaven to be with the lord right after death….
According to the rapture theory the dead in Christ will rise,,,, if the dead in Christ are already with Christ HOW CAN THEY THEN RISE???????
Mixed up theology
Try watching all of pastor Allen’s videos on the rapture and the glorification video. He does a good job of e planning things.

2 Corinthians 5:1-8 ESV
For we know that if the tent that is our earthly home is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. For in this tent we groan, longing to put on our heavenly dwelling, if indeed by putting it on we may not be found naked. For while we are still in this tent, we groan, being burdened-not that we would be unclothed, but that we would be further clothed, so that what is mortal may be swallowed up by life. He who has prepared us for this very thing is God, who has given us the Spirit as a guarantee. ...

And he said to him, “Truly, I say to you, today you will be with me in Paradise.”
Their bodies will rise to be united with their spirits.
Arguments:
1. The purpose of the tribulation period is for Israel. Daniel 9: 20-24.
It's called the time of Jacob's trouble. Jer 30: 4-7
2. There are no references to the church in scripture during the tribulation period. Revelation 4: 22 etc.
3. The church is promised exemption from divine wrath. 1 thess 1: 10 ; Rom 5: 9 ; Rev 3: 10
4. The catching up is a comfort. 1 thess 4: 18
5. The antichrist cannot come to power until him who letteth is removed. 2 thess 2: 7
6. God does not pour out judgement on righteous people. See the symbolic parallels in 2 peter 2: 5 etc
7. There are saints in heaven, wearing crowns, before the tribulation period starts. These crowns are given at the judgement seat of Christ (rom 14: 10).
8. Converts in the tribulation period are living in another dispensation. Rev 14: 12
9. Church age believers cannot be placed in a situation where it's possible to take the mark of the beast because we are sealed with the Spirit until the day of redemption Eph 4: 30 and guaranteed salvation John 10: 29
Nothing can separate us from the love of God, Romans 8: 38-39 yet taking the mark of the beast clearly will do just that, revelation 14: 9-11.
Without the mark of the beast (rev 13: 16) nobody can buy or sell but a christian must provide for his family (1 tim 5: 8) so if the church were on earth in the time of Jacob's trouble, what is a christian to do? God is not the author of confusion 1 Cor 14: 33
God said, that if they/we would die, but you are saying that, we 'shall not surely die...'(Genesis 3:4)
Doesn't the Bible teach that the Lake of Fire, will be ON this earth, after the 1000 years?
No, totally no. You are so twisted. You should ask God to guide you to understand His word and to open your eyes to the truth.
Would God send me to Hell for Anger that i don't even want?
Study His word more fervently after asking God to guide you through understanding His word
Doesn't matter how many scriptures you twist. You're wrong.
@@ChildOfTheOneTrueAlmightyGod explain where I am wrong.
You are right, man is nor immortal, the scriptures state when Christ was raised he was the First from the dead [mortal] onto immortality.
